« We enjoyed this clean and cozy property close to the Scotts Hill area of Wilmington during New Years holiday. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas. We enjoyed the kitchen and enclosed patio area that allowed us to spread out. Our host was very responsive and provided a list of local recommendations and house instructions in a binder which was helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again. « This home was perfect for my family and the host was great. It was clean and well cared for. I was very pleasantly surprised at the accessible shower in the master bath. It was not listed as such but the tub in the other bathroom. was too high for my brother to lift his leg over as he has mobility issues. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed walking my dog around it. We brought a 4ft tall Christmas tree and there was enough room to put it up! I would stay here again! »
