« Booked a room specifically with 2 queen beds and hotel had us in a king. How is that possible when I booked specifically a room with 2 queen beds. I am not sleeping 4 people in 1 king bed. Super rude front desk and had no explanation but that sorry we are sold out. Unacceptable. So now have to find another hotel day of which cost me more money. »

« When I arrived, no one was at the front desk to check me in and I had to wait 10 minutes. We arrived at night and the elevator had 5 light bulbs not working so very dark in the elevator. The TV had limited channels available. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. »

« I have been going to this hotel for years. The motel needs lots of work. Things are missing and doors do not fit, the only thing that was good, was the beds were clean. The free breakfast was a joke. They did not even have any coffee for the guest. The waffle machine did not work and there were only three apples in the ben, and the top one was rotten. There were no one around to complain to. The worst thing that happened was the electricity on the whole wing went out and no one came to the room...

Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »
