« The host was fabulous at communicating prior to check in but has failed to answer the concerns on check out day.The outer front door is very stiff and we struggled to enter. The shower is so hot downstairs it should have a warning marker on it. No option for any other temp, just scalding! The upstairs shower is freezing! Again no other option to the cold. There’s no plug to have a bath. The wash hand basin and kitchen sink have warm water so clearly a plumber is required at the property.Other...

« Excellent location near St Pancras and Euston stations. Nice spacious room and lovely ensuite. Great to have kettle, microwave and hairdryer. My room was in the basement which was fine as I only had a rucksack, but stairs could be tricky with heavy luggage. Communication with Sarah was excellent, she's so helpful! Would definitely book here again. »

« Amazing location, everything was really close or really well connected with metro. Communication with Sarah was perfect and super fast. Next time I come to London I am not planning to search for anything else but this again! »

There were freshly patched holes in the walls, the curtains were falling apart, and the windows wouldn’t even open. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking property, the entire building smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in. The bathrooms were disgusting. The showers were filthy, with people’s...

« Location is near 2 different underground stations and a very large Westfield shopping mall. Like other reviews, the place is hard to find at first but we found it. It's ok inside but has had some water damage on the walls and the furniture is old so really not sure how this is a "refurbished" place. There is no coffee maker but there are cups, plates but we never cooked anything there. We were able to fit 3 teens in the living room using the pull outs. We could not get the TV to work, only...

« The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. The host did not have any location recommendations as she shared she has not lived in the area for 10 years, and...
