« It was a last minute reservations on Memorial Day weekend and I was unable to find a place too stay last minute and luckily I was able too obtain a room ,the staff was great, and the price was very reasonable »

« The Princess Ann resort is old but updated and awesome. Very clean and safe. Kids were playing in the parking lot with parents and friends supervising. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and a big ceiling fan to augment the AC. Definitely worth it for the price! »

« The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty. »

« The place has kitchenette but no cocking pans or cups or utensils. Not even hair dryer only one soap and small shampo and only 2 towels for 2 room . I wot ever stay again. »

« The location is right on the beach, the host provided an extra twin bed when asked. The house is old, so be prepared for that. The welcome guide says it is 100 years old. You also park in a parking lot that is a bit hidden and out of the way, the instructions to get there were very clear, but ordering GrubHub had me walking to the street to find the delivery driver.
