„Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden. Zum Frühstück gab es leider nur Waffeln und Müsli was etwas schade war so eine begrenzte Auswahl zu haben. Die Zimmer waren recht ruhig gewesen nur hat es dauerhaft ziemlich stark nach Marihuana gerochen. Dennoch hat das Hotel zum schlafen ausgereicht. “

„Amazing - if you are interested in the last few hundred years of U.S. History, I'd put this one on your list of places to visit. Just a great experience. Out of the innumerable artifacts dating back to the end of the 18th century, I particularly was taken back by the original copy of a page from April 15th, 1865 - I didn't have time to see everything. The property's stewards will most likely offer a tour and they are really nice folks. I thought this location was aggressively under priced. “

„13 of our family aged 7 to 74 had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. There was more than enough room and privacy to accommodate us and all the equipment and furnishings we needed to have a spectacular as well as comfortable stay. The kids especially enjoyed the lower level and the game tables there while the adults enjoyed the wonderfully equipped kitchen on the main floor where we cooked every meal.
