Hotel Smock

« Everything was good with my stay- breakfast was great! My only complaints were that the room smelled very strongly- not bad per se, like new carpet? and that the mini fridge froze my drinks, even after I changed the settings. Other than that, the bed was great, the bathroom clean and well lit. Overall a good stay and I would stay there again. It is close by to countless restaurants and stores. »

« Friendly staff. The room was nice and very large and comfortable. Great rates. Mostly quiet. So overall a great stay. The staff gave us an extra blanket and pillows as soon as we asked. They are very helpful and friendly. »

« After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater. »

« I called when I made my reservation to make sure their pool was running they assured me it was 5 days prior to my arrival when I got there the pool was down for maintenance I feel they could have told me that is the only reason why I went there the receptionist was not in a good mood the breakfast was terrible they have really gone down in my opinion the only good thing I encountered was the breakfast lady named Martha she was absolutely the nicest one there ! « Parking was very convenient and there were buggies right inside the door to load your luggage on. Staff was very friendly and our room was very quiet and clean. »

« First we rented a roof that had a handicapped accessible restroom. When we arrived the room was unavailable they said bc of a water leak. So we were stuck in a room with a bathroom the size of a closet. Not wheelchair friendly at all. The good part was the service to try and replace the room was excellent and the people working there very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean so I'll give it that. The hallways going to the rooms are not clean however. But keys worked the inside and...
