You and your family can relax and unwind in this wonderful 5-bedroom, 4 bath home in North Topsail Beach. As the south side of a duplex in the Surfside Villas community, you will have everything you need and then some to make memories at the beach. With all of the amenities you need including elevator, 3 oceanfront decks, a hot tub, community pool and more!

A full-home elevator makes it easy to bring in groceries and luggage. The elevator goes to all the way to the top floor master bedroom, many others stop at the main level.

First Floor

The first floor of the home is the main living area. Step inside to the open floor plan where a beautiful living room awaits with stellar views and access to an oceanfront deck. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals together. With the community pool, grilling area, private hot tub and more, you are ready enjoy all the Crab House offers. Also on the first floor is a King Master bedroom with a walk-in shower.

Second Floor:

• South Oceanfront Bedroom: King Bed; TV; private bathroom with tub/shower; access to sun deck

• North Oceanfront Bedroom: Queen Bed; TV; access to sun deck; shares hall bathroom with tub/shower

• Streetside Bedroom: Twin over Double Bunk Bed with Trundle; TV; shares hall bathroom with tub/shower

Top Floor (Entire)

Oceanfront Master Suite: King Bed; TV; private bathroom with shower; access to private sun deck; accessible by elevator

• Community Pool, uncrowded and shared by only 6 homes, many less than others on the island that share 10 to 20 homes or more! (COMMUNITY POOL IS NOT A HEATED POOL AND IS OPEN APR 1 - OCT 31)

• The houses are angled - this means while sitting at the dining room table you are looking straight at the OCEAN and NOT the side of the neighbors house!

• The beaches are VERY uncrowded since there are only 5 other houses that share the immediate area. Some other townhomes have 20+ homes that overcrowd the pool and beach. Not here! Pool is open Apr 1 - Oct 30.

Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.

We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.

• Maximum occupancy is twelve (12) people, which includes children, toddlers and infants. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
• Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to four (4) vehicles. No additional parking is provided.
• There are security cameras located in the carport and on the side of the house.

Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.
