Absolutely unacceptable host behavior. This stay was ruined from the host’s shocking rudeness and incompetence.We arrived using the exact door access code the host had sent us the day prior. Unfortunately, the host barged into the property on our second day, unannounced and without knocking. She caught my wife in the middle of breast pumping—literally exposed and in a private, vulnerable moment. Instead of immediately apologizing and backing out, she stood there and aggressively accused us: “You’re not supposed to be here until later today!”She had the booking dates completely wrong. We had to stand there, humiliated and furious, while she argued with us about our own reservation—despite the fact that we had the legitimate access code she herself provided.There was no apology. Not one word of regret for walking in on my wife, for the incorrect dates in her system, or for the embarrassment she caused.Rather than double-check her own calendar or reservation details like any professional host would, she doubled down with arrogance and accused us for “being early.” She never once acknowledged her mistakes, never said sorry for the invasion of privacy. This is not how you treat paying guests. The lack of basic decency, professionalism, and accountability is staggering. I would never stay here again and I strongly advise others to avoid this host entirely. Giving 2 stars as the property was clean and appropriate.
