« The house was clean, well styled, well maintained and absolutely more gorgeous than the photos. We loved how well the home has been restored, eg. amazing water pressure, nice hot water, high end finishes, while maintaining the original architecture! The home was peaceful and had everything we needed for our stay, including for our infant. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! »

« Die Lage erhöht über Peguera ist super. Die Villa mit ihren 6 Schlafzimmern, 6 Badezimmern, 4Küchen und 2 grossen Wohnzimmern ist genial. Der Wintergarten lädt auch bei frischen Abendtemparaturen ein, gemütlich zu verweilen. In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants (insbesondere El patio de Bennu). Man kann ihr auch gut ohne Auto wohnen! »

« Un grand merci aux propriétaires de la maison pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil avec un repas à base de produits typiques ! Les propriétaires sont disponibles, à l'écoute et donne pleins de bonnes adresses pour sortir dans Palma. La maison est très agréable à vivre avec ses deux terrasses, son barbecue, ses deux douches, son grand espace de vie et sa cuisine toute équipée. Je vous conseille vivement ce logement. Nous avons passé un agréable voyage entre amis. Encore merci ! »

« Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

« The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay. »

« Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter Rafael war sehr freundlich, zeitlich flexibel und unkompliziert. Es ist alles was man so braucht vorhanden! 2 Kühlschränke, Gefriertruhe, Gaskochfeld, Geschirr, sogar ne Kaffeemaschine inklusive Pads und ein Grillplatz mit Spülbecken. Der Pool ist super schön, gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten alle Platz. Zum Ballermann 5 sind es 15-20min mit dem Auto/Taxi, zum Flughafen ebenfalls. Alles in allem eine tolle Finca kann ich weiter...

« The view from the house to the sea – and partly to the mountains – is stunning. The house is spacious and super clean. The living space is great. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big with quality bed linen and towels; the beds are comfy. The atmosphere in the garden is amazing, with decorative terraces and a lovely pool. The owners and the local hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. I can only find superlatives to describe this property and our family holiday in Soller. »

« Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. »

« We were lucky enough to spend a month at Ca’n Bob and really enjoyed our stay. The house oozes charm and is beautifully presented in a traditional, rustic Mallorcan style. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean throughout. The garden is a lovely place to relax and the views from the roof terrace are breathtaking. Soller is a great base for walking and cycling and we loved being able to pop to the cooperativa for great local produce as well as walking into town and further afield to the port...

« Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. Wir fahren...

« Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…). »

« bel hôtel, personnel accueillant, souriant, réceptionniste parle français. réactif. petit déjeuner très complet, petit bémol sur l'insonorisation des chambres, nous n'avons pas eu de chance car nous sommes tombés sur deux voisins ronfleurs. nous avons changé de chambres dès la première nuit. »

« Sujet hôtel avec une très belle vue sur la mère et une piscine. L’hôtel est situé en hauteur donc beaucoup d’escalier pour les piétons mais ça en vaut la peine ! Tous les employés sont adorables et accueillants. Je recommande. »
