„The holiday apartment did not meet our expectations. All in all, the holiday apartment seemed unkempt and unclean to us. We found the furnishings more like youth hostel style. Everything seemed extremely unloving to us. In the room description it was written that there was a balcony or terrace. However, we were given a room without a balcony or terrace. The landlady told us that we should use a small metal table and two chairs in the hallway directly in front of the other holiday apartment. ...

„This property has a lot going for it & could be a great value. Be aware that it’s operated by a team—maybe many properties are, but that’s not been my experience. While a lot of reviewers report good visits, based on our visit, the team has some housekeeping details and management issues to work on. Our biggest concern is that we were without water in one bathroom sink for more than 24 hours. I assume this type of problem is an unusual occurrence, still the response left something to be desired. ...

„Host communication was excellent and timely. The place was well maintained and fit our needs well. Neighborhood is an interesting one that I hadn’t really spent time in before. A fun little brewery around the corner and some pretty nice little neighborhood restaurants within a few minutes. Finding street parking near the apartment wound up being very easy; was able to park right next to it. „We needed a space to celebrate Thanksgiving with our Bay Area family, and this was perfect. Comfortable bedrooms, clean and fully stocked bathrooms, and kitchen along with both indoor and outdoor seating fit the bill. We even had a Weber to roast our turkey like we do at home! Haley was very responsive and the location was close to Bernal Heights Park where we could get daily exercise and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. We will be back for sure!“
