This property was not as advertised. This place is in a beautiful area with beautiful views but once inside the gate we were very disappointed. First off having a private pool is one of our main reasons for choosing this property. Upon arrival the pool was green and the bottom was filled with sand. The property host stated there was a storm that morning and this is why the pool was green and filled with sand, however the pool in the property adjacent(less than 10 meters away) was crystal clear and clean. As a pool owner myself, the problem with this pool was not because of a thunderstorm it was clearly not taken care of properly for days if not weeks. The check in assistant was as helpful and polite as can be and she did her best but I assume she really couldn’t get stuff fixed on such short notice. They sent somebody to “clean the pool” the next morning and all they did was add chlorine. They didn’t vacuum the sand out and the pool was still green until the morning we had to check out, now it was clear water with tons of sand at the bottom. So entering the house the first thing we felt was that it was very hot. Obviously the air conditioning was not on. So we looked around for the thermostat. There was none. As it turned out the upstairs bedrooms all had AC units but the main part of the house (living room, dining room, kitchen) had no AC. This should be stated in the description.
