Location de vacances de particulier à Sorrento

« The property was ideal for our purposes. The bedrooms were ideal (the master bedroom is HUGE!), the kitchen had everything we needed, and the porch/backyard were comfortable. The bluetooth speakers in the ceiling are a nice touch :)There was an issue with the pool during our stay, but the situation was addressed promptly by the property representatives. The owner has a management company responsible for the rental, which means they have a dedicated line for answering concerns. Ultimately, we had...

« Excellent stay in this large, lovely home! My husband and I, our son and his family came together to Eustis for our grandson’s wedding. Everything we needed—kitchen tools, comfortable beds, even a pool and hot tub—was there. We easily communicated with the host and we felt at home. »

« Very clean and very comfortable. »

« This was our second stay at this lovely place right in downtown Mount Dora. We enjoyed this comfortable and clean home. Our host communicated promptly to all needs. »

« The interior of the house is nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However the description of the outside, front and backyard needs to be more accurate, it’s not inviting, no curve appeal. The location is on a main street a 20-30min walk to the downtown attractions however is a 5-10 minute drive with ample available parking. Communication with staff was friendly and responsive. »

« The Lower rental is on the 1st floor, but to get to it , you have a steep incline from your car park outside, side of the house down a new ramp ( was being finished as we checked in) from as wash out I guess...and another 3-4 steps down on the side of the house. A little difficult to enter. for older folks, to navigate all this with luggage and several trips.. The entrance to the back yard is still sand and bricks and a washout so difficult to get through. While the owners are in the process of...

« The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. The picture of the living room furniture is not accurate. The sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and stained. The bedroom only had 1 nightstand, and a...

« Location, location, location-wow. This was our 2nd stay in this rental because it is so amazing. The dock is so great and the ease of walking to shops and dinning is priceless, you never have to use your car. The owners were always available and very generous with our needs. »

« The home was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and centrally located. When we arrived, the pool accessory basket was in the pool but I’m assuming that was due to wind. We pulled it out and reorganized all of the pool toys. Additionally, there was a mixup during one afternoon when a family showed up to swim in the pool even though we had the whole home booked for the entire weekend. Apparently the homeowner also rents the pool out for the day. We informed the other family that we...
