Hôtel près de South African Air Force Museum, Le Cap, Le Cap

« Wonderful staff, very quiet, friendly, warm and cozy, great location. »

Recomendo local! »

« Dirty apartment, no heaters, poor communication, check-in reception was a distance from the apartment, prominent smells of weed in the building. I would not recommend the place as my overall experience was really poor. »

« Excellent séjour! Personnel à l'écoute. »

« Mall was close by the property. »

« The couch, carpet and scatter cushions were filthy. A deep clean is urgently needed. The blind in the main room was broken and looks like it’s been stuck back on and doesn’t sit properly. Window handles are broken in the spare room. There were no dish cloths provided. The parking away from the actual accommodation is also an absolute mission along with having to collect the keys at another location. It wasn’t a bad stay but definitely not as the pictures show. »

The place is secure with parking and uses facial and number plate recognition for entry. There are security and the front desk is manned 24hours. It is a central location as...

« The apartment looks like it has not been used in a long time. The freezer is frozen and cannot be used. I understand that it’s a beach apartment with does not require A/C but the fan inside the living is not working and those in the bedrooms barely work either. There is no WiFi during the time of my stay at the apartment. I informed the host but she kept on saying that the WiFi is intact but it was not. It was out of bundle with required it to be reloaded. The host never replies email and when...
