„Great location as others have stated. We spent our whole trip walking to shops, restaurants, and even the cliff walk and mansions. The place was spacious enough, clean and well appointed. Having off the street parking was great. The window blinds allow light, but keep privacy. Small recommendations…bring a portable fan if you like a fan while sleeping. There were none in the house, nor ceiling fans. AC works very well, but I like air movement and didn’t want the windows open and get too warm. ...

„This whole experience was better than I could have imagined. The cottage was beautiful in a perfect setting. my Hosts went the extra distance. I didn't arrive until close to midnight. My hosts had left fruit, salad, yogurt and ice cream for me. Since I was unable to get a rental car this meant I had something to eat in the morning. I will definitely stay there again! “

„The house had a deck with the woods behind. Deer came out in the morning. Great fire pit and hammock in the back also. Pictures are accurate. Great proximity to Newport. Nice quiet spot for a relaxing evening after going to Newport. Jamestown has great restaurants and is a very nice old town. I would say be aware that there is a spiral staircase that some people might have a problem navigating. We did not. Property owner was very responsive and nice. We would come back.“

„The house has great historical charm, is immaculate with and incredible view from the roof-deck. My favorite room is the dining/livingroom. Huge room with full view of the outdoors and a fabulous stone fireplace. The location was just what i was hoping; quiet, beautiful and spacious.Loved it!“

„This little pretty place is very quiet and comfortable and has an access to a small private beach. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating. However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. I spent half a day not being able to leave the place and even get food and had to call them multiple times, wait and so on.
