„Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. “

„Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!! ...

„Our group of 6 stayed at Lieutenant's Lodge in late May/early June -- it is such a great place. Location couldn't be more perfect - stairs down to the beach/flats right out the back door. Kitchen is great, beds and living area were super comfortable. Got stopped at the bridge once by high tide - while waiting we waded in and watched the horseshoe crabs do their thing -- very cool! We highly recommend Lieutenant's Lodge.“

Thoughtful items like nightlights, labeled light switches (so easy but so useful), and motion sensing lights on the outdoor deck stairs for when you were out later than expected and forgot to leave the outside lights on. The place feels clean and fresh, the outdoor shower smelled of new aromatic cedar, and they even had a disc golf basket and disks available for practicing! We arrived to home made cookies from Tara our host in honor of my wife's recent retirement. Wow! Tara and her team have done a great job here, highly recommended.“
