House is amazing. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The location makes it super easy to go do activities during the day and to sit on the porch in the evenings soaking up all of God’s beautiful creation. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely book again.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! Two families (9 people) and it was very spacious! Amenities included were great and the location is perfect! Easy drive to Wolf Creek to ski. The house was very clean and had plenty to do to keep our kids entertained indoors and out. We will definitely be staying again.

Wolf Creek ski weekend

We had our adult children and their spouses in addition to good friends (8 adults in all). The house is perfect for a large group and is only 20 minutes from Wolf Creek ski area. The house is spacious with an outstanding kitchen and a large great room. We’re already planning to rent it again next year!

Ski Vacation

Wonderful property. Everything is has it reflects in the pictures and description . Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds! Property managers are quick to respond and very helpful! Also Ramon’s restaurant is a great place to eat!

Perfect retreat home!

We loved this house! Sitting on the deck in the morning, drinking coffee and listening to the river was the perfect start to our day. Relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect ending…. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen of any place I’ve ever rented, and I’ve rented a lot. There were lots of little things that really added up to a wonderful stay. The beds were firm but not too firm and we slept great. We will definitely be renting again next year when we come back!!

The Perfect Place!

We spent four nights at this house with 12 of our extended family members, all of which slept comfortably. (Three kids and nine adults, ranging in ages from 6-73). The weather was perfect, the house was clean and tidy, and we appreciated what the owners have to offer. The backyard is ideal, and we enjoyed fishing in the river. It’s an easy drive to Creede, Pagosa Springs, and other nearby places. We’ll definitely come back!

Summer Family Get Away

UTV riding vacation

It was a awesome house with a great location. We enjoyed listening to the river every morning and evening sitting on the deck with the warmth of the fire pit built into the pub table. We rode our utv about everyday with all the trails around. We rode over 300 miles this week and didn’t see everything so we’ll definitely be back again and we’ll plan it so we get this same house if possible. My whole family loved the house. There was 7 of us staying there so the 4 bathrooms was nice each couple had their private bathroom and bedroom. If I had one request (not a complaint at all) would be put a queen bed up in the loft and remove one set of the bunk beds so when it’s all adults they all have a big bed to sleep in. But we managed fine and had an awesome time.

Best cabin ever!

We absolutely loved our time here! The cabin was perfect for our family! We loved sitting on the back porch while drinking our coffee and listening to the river. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, the location was perfect! And the cabin had everything! So many sweet details! We truly loved every minute of our time at this beautiful cabin!

Family Reunion

We could have not pick a perfect spot. The home had everything we could possibly need for a family get together. The sound of the River in the morning drinking a cup of joe was the most relaxing experience for me. The home was close to many activities which my kids had something planned for everyday. I would definitely recommend this. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Perfect getaway

This property was absolutely perfect and a wonderful family getaway. This riverside home is peaceful and beautiful with every detail well thought out…from the three bedrooms on the main level with king sized beds and heated adjustable mattresses!!…to the large walk-in showers and enough bathrooms for everyone! The theater room was a hit with the teenagers. The family loved hanging out every morning by the river fishing and sitting by the fire pit at night. The hot tub was so relaxing and electric cover was convenient. The cute welcome bag waiting for us on the counter was so thoughtful. It was too hot for us to use the in-floor heat while we were there, but if we’re looking forward to it if we ever come back in the winter. Can’t wait to go back:) Thank you!!
