Quiet and cute space. Reading nook in the window. I'm OCD so I did clean the bathroom again. For breakfast there was a waffle maker, crispy bacon, egg patties, biscuits, corn beef hash,muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, milk, juices and coffee. Nice indoor pool and gym. Will be back!

The staff should work on being more friendly to guest. During check in there was no greeting or tour/mention of amenities. (Just are you checking in) hospitality, was at an all-time low in my opinion for check in and check out.

I was locked out of my room for three hours and the staff there didn’t offer to pay for anything instead my husband fixed the door and wasn’t reimbursed for nothing because the hotel staff couldn’t do anything :( so bad experience

Hello Jennifer!This is shocking. I have not heard of anything about anyone being locked out for 3 hours. We have battery pack jumpers, so we do have items in place to be able to jump start a door. I am so upset in hearing this. 3 hours is unacceptable. I will look into the claim and we fix the discrepancies.

My father and I had a lovely stay. I never was woken up by someone causing noise, rare in a hotel and nice! The roads were awful but the parking lot for you all was good! The only suggestions I have is... Hair dryer (in bathrooms) - every hotel supplies these, so I was expecting and you all but didn't have it and of course I didn't bring mine. The beds were comfortable, could of used dresser space, no where really to put your clothes, not great wrinkled in suitcases the whole stay. There was no plug for one of the lamps on the side of bed, book reading light. I was very relaxed and comfortable by whole stay! Oh GREAT breakfast, except expired milk, told cook, she acknowledged, next morning, same milk with same expired date on it, that curdled when poured in hot coffee, great test to see if milk is bad. So, a good amount of criticism, good and bad.

Nice hotel, poor service.
Check in was slow, room was good except for noise in middle of night, doors slams and trucks revving up. Lots of workers stayed and got up very early. Coffee pot tray was missing and so was our do no disturb. Last day, kitchen help did not arrive to fix breakfast. :(

Checked in late on our reservation. We were given a handicap room. Neither my wife nor I are handicapped . The shower arrangement is designed for wheel chair access. There was no threshold to hold shower water in the shower. Water spills out onto the bathroom floor near a large drain. This makes the floor slippery and treacherous. I asked at check out why this room was given to my wife and I? Got blank stares from the two desk clerks. I told them about shower floor situation and mentioned that I may have come out of the handicap room handicapped. The under side of the shower seats need to be cleaned and disinfected. Nasty
