This refined 1 bedroom + loft condominium at Lakeland Village, is situated on the 3rd floor with easy elevator access from the covered parking garage. This pool-facing unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a vaulted ceiling loft with an additional king bed, and a full kitchen. Downstairs, you'll find a full bedroom and bath, while the loft area upstairs offers an additional half bath.
Lakeland Village Beach and Mountain Resort provides an array of amenities including 1000 feet of beach, pier, clubhouse, fitness center, sauna, lakeside firepits, and plenty of lake and mountain sport rental shops nearby. Enjoy the beach, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, a cozy gas fireplace, and air conditioning, making it perfect for a romantic retreat or family adventure.
Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., a 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort, and walking distance to Whole Foods Market and CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, and additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the on-site management company and does not include access to daily maid service, or towel service. We provide all the linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach. Boat, SUP & kayak rental is walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

Great family spot
This was a great place for our family to relax during a busy basketball tournament weekend. Great communication from host/rental property throughout the process. This condo was clean and had everything we needed and we love that the lake is within walking distance.

Comfortable stay in a great location
We had a really nice stay at this condo. The bathroom was a bit cozy, but all we cared about after some time out and about in the Tahoe winter was a nice, warm shower, and it definitely delivered. This was the perfect stay for our family (mom, dad, 3 year old, and grandma).

Great spot to be close to everything
This was a perfect spot for our group. Walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants along with beach access to Lake Tahoe. Property did a great job of communicating and checking in with us as well!

40th Birthday with Friends
We stayed here as two couples late 30’s early 40’s and it was a great fit. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier, the place was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic.

Good place to stay!
2 adult couples stayed in this unit. The location was great in terms of walkability and convenience. However, the condo opens up to a busy street and it can be really loud with all the traffic. The unit is also pretty small, dark and gets warm even with the small a/c unit. There is beach access which was really nice! All in all it was a good place to stay.

Great Location
We were in town for a bike race and the location was perfect. Easy walk or drive to great downtown locations and was close to the race start event (a plus for us). Appreciated having easy beach access and was grateful for all the communication.

Comfortable condo with nice amenities in a great location.
The condo was attractive and well-equipped. I enjoyed the community amenities: heated pool, large Jacuzzi, workout room, and dry sauna. Underground parking was a plus. The property management company was professional and made for a wonderful stay. Heavenly ski resort is nearby and even more beautiful than I had imagined.

Winter vaca
Very nice location in main building, close to hot tub and has a parking garage. That was nice because we got some snow! Take a walk over to the lake, beautiful views. Well equipped and clean unit. Fireplace was nice. Walls are thin, weekends seem to be very busy but overall great stay.!

This is a beautiful apartment close to everything at Lake Tahoe. One caveat, in summer weather it is difficult to cool down the loft bedroom. Very well maintained, and a responsive staff.

Great Tahoe Condo
We enjoyed our time in Lake Tahoe and this condo was the perfect place to come back to each night. The beds and couch were very comfortable and everything had been updated nicely. The full bath downstairs is a little awkward with the small sink area in the hall and very small toilet and shower area but it was doable especially with just 2 of us. The private lake access with a beach and pier was also a great addition. We would definitely stay here again.

Property sits right on very busy highway, not on the beach and a small, outdated AC unit does not keep the unit or the bedroom cool. Very hot rooms in the Summer and the loft was so hot we could not use it.

This property was exactly like the pictures showed. It is not very big but it was fine for our family of four.
My only recommendation would be to add a cooler and some beach chairs to the property. Beach towels were provided which is nice but having a chair to sit on and cooler to take food would have been really helpful, especially if you go to beaches further from the property. Overall happy with the stay.

Perfect home base for a snowboard trip
Perfect location, in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. The shuttle to and from Heavenly was very convenient, even with a big snow storm, with pick up and drop off locations right outside. We enjoyed both hot tubs and appreciated the free, covered parking beneath the main building. The property was clean, convenient, and stocked with all the necessities. Perfect for two couples. The only minor negative we encountered was that there is no front desk staff before 8am or after 5pm, so no one was able to assist with questions regarding the shuttle, parking, etc onsite. We were eventually able to get answers via text, but calling through the desk phone was not easy and routed us to a corporate office delivery system instead of a live person. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely book again next time we are in Tahoe!

Great location close to the Village. 1 bedroom on the first level next to the living area with gas fireplace, second bedroom up the stairs in the loft open to the living area. Tiny bathroom downstairs with a regular size shower cabin (nice hot shower with good draining). Upstairs bathroom with toilet and sink. Beds are king size with super comfortable mattress and bedding. Small kitchenette has everything needed for cooking and baking. Good size new fridge. Upstairs bedroom bedside touch-lamps were not working. Upstairs floor was little squeaky. Overall interior was quite nice and cozy. Parking garage was a huge plus during winter storm, so much appreciated. Outside pool and hot tub is a nice addition, although could be very crowded between 9 and 10 pm. Cleaning company doesn’t do a good job, found solidified sticky spots on some surfaces and dust, towels had strong smell of chlorine. Very long list of rules and regulations with possible fines for neighbor complaints. There was a nice gesture from the Management company - coffee and a bottle of nice Chardonnay - thank you! Overall stay was very enjoyable, would recommend it to friends and family.

Nice unit in a large building, on the top floor. The windows are well insulated from road noise (which would otherwise be loud), so the unit is quiet day and night. You likely won't use the balcony for this reason. AC works but with only a single unit downstairs, the loft area does get warm in the afternoon and evening. Running the fans helps, but it's too much area for a single AC unit to fully keep cool. So long as temperatures stay below 80 degrees, this probably won't be an issue for anyone. The AC is also noisy when its running. But AC is not very common in Tahoe rental apartments, so I don't consider this a drawback -- it's still a benefit, just with some limits. The kitchen is reasonably equipped for snacks and small meals. Don't expect to cook a feast for a large group. Plenty of parking available, both underground and above ground, though you need a parking pass (1 comes with the rental). Overall, the unit met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.
