Hotel South Lyon

« Clean, location was very good, nice furniture. Did not like that the side door was one at all times! Breakfast was limited to carbs. With dietary needs, couldn’t eat anything except maybe the orange. No bananas or oatmeal. American diet is not healthy! »

« I had took from this hotel for 3 days while I was visiting this area. The Internet was extremely poor as it kept disconnecting. The front desk tried their best to accommodate me; however, it was embarrassing when I was on customer conference calls. Other than that, it was okay. »

« We specifically reserve this hotel because the website showed it had a hot tub. Hot tub was not open and had been closed for quite some time requiring resurfacing. »

« The hotel staff was incredible, fast friendly service, the room was clean and the beds firm and comfortable. The only downfall was the breakfast, the options were limited to cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, apples and oranges. I would stay there again. »

« Booked our room the day of travel. Realized at check in, a few hours later, that I booked for the following week on accident. The hotel refused to let me switch the dates. So I had to rebook for the night and then I had a room for the following week too. I understand that I made the mistake. But I couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t accommodate a date switch since I wasn’t canceling and they would still get their money for the hotel stay. »

« We found the hotel was not as clean as portrayed in pictures. Leaves everywhere, our bed/sheets were wet in some areas which was strange to us. Overall, it would’ve been a nice space if it was properly maintained and accurate to pictures »
