Condo was wonderful. Very comfortable and well situated in building. Beds comfortable, amenities great.Would definitely stay again. Only cons: My preferences only: showers have no pressure, but that is a usual with most hotel rooms and condos. Also, maybe make the code to get in front door a little shorter?? Was kind of a hassle with that.

Perfect location, beautiful and unique condo

We had a great time at S Padre in this condo! The location is perfect - you can walk right out to the beach, and we loved being up on the 4th floor because the view was amazing. The condo itself is so comfortable and filled with unique and beautiful art. The kitchen was well equipped. We had no problems at all during our stay, and we would definitely go back here!

We were very comfortable at this condo. My favorite thing was the sunrises from our master bedroom window and listening to the waves. Loved the balcony. Would recommend a couple of beach chairs. Thank you home owner!

Older property . Easy beach access and great view. Clean condo and all necessities provided. Check it out then head to the Blu Marlin store nearby. Impressed cleanliness and maintenance of all of SPI. Enjoyable time . Definitely stay again.

Location and condo as advertised. Wonderful balcony view of ocean with good beach access, nice hot tub and heated pool. Complex was peaceful and quiet and adequately furnished, must provide your own beach towels. Pool gate code we were provided was incorrect and took us 2 days to resolve. Would most definitely stay here again!

Girls trip

We had a wonderful stay at Sunside II. The location was absolutely perfect. It was just steps from the beach. The condo was clean and the air conditioning worked great. And the neighbors were quiet and friendly. Only complaints we had were that the tvs and cable didn’t work in the living room, we needed more toilet paper, and we couldn’t park the golf cart we rented for the week on the premises. Other than that we had a blast!

Great Location

Condo was a great size for our family of four. Had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. Access to the beach couldn’t have been better. Disappointed in the construction going on and we weren’t given a heads up on that. Kinda ruined the peaceful atmosphere unfortunately. Made it tough to sit on balcony and enjoy the ocean side.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great unit! Close to the elevator and the stairs at the end nearest the beach access boardwalk. Unit was well kept and very clean! Good space and amenities. The balcony was huge and amazing to sit out on each morning for sunrise and evening to look at the stars!

Beach time is the best time

We loved this condo. Everything was as it is described. Location was great and the beach was perfect. The condo was very clean and very spacious. Perfect family getaway. Would stay here again with no problem. The only things I would recommend.....bring extra washcloths and towels. They were limited to only 2 each in both bathrooms so we ran out quickly. And there is public beach access on both sides of the complex....so get down to the beach early before all the good spots are gone.

A perfect on the beach condo. Balcony had awesome views of the gulf. Make sure you read instructions for checking in as numerous other guests had their vehicles towed. We had no issues with parking or gate codes. Kitchen was pleasantly stocked for our needs. Lots of room inside for a family to enjoy. After reading reviews, we knew to bring our own beach towels. We ended up renting chairs and umbrellas on the beach as there were no beach items in the condo. Beautiful place to stay right on the beach.

Find another condo

Find another condo, and dont use vacasa homes. Issues from day one and tons of message to vacasas care center with nothing done about anything. No pressure master shower, no wifi, no cable, pool not heated, hot tub no heat just bubbles, no dvd player, games all missing pieces, smoke detector died in night started chirping. Was told pool and hot tub can be heated for cost… cost to pay to heat the entire condos amenities it’s shared by the entire complex, plenty other places to rent so I’d go there instead

Really disappointed

I stayed at Spi from August 19 to August 21 with a total of $805 dllrs due to my son’s birthday, we prepared everything with anticipation (water park tickets, dolphin view , etc ) and the tow truck took my truck on Saturday morning because I didn’t have a parking permit that nobody provided me . I wasted the whole Saturday trying to solve the problem. Around 5/6 a person from Vacasa arrived and took us to pick up the truck. Vacations were not what we expected, I’m still waiting for my fees refund according to Vacasa…

The condo was very clean and smelled nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils including toaster, coffee maker, blender and crockpot. TV was great and easy to use. Couches were comfy. Lots of extra pillows. View was great. Easy access to beach. Upon arrival we discovered the oven did not work and the hot water in master shower was not working properly. We used all avenues to contact someone and no one answered phone or text until the following day. A repair man came 2 days later and thankfully fixed the shower but said he needed to get a part for the oven and we never heard or saw anyone again. We ended up throwing lots of food away that we had purchased and had to order take out. I would gave loved an offer of compensation for the inconvenience and extra money we spent. Hot tub and pool were nice but dated. Not one beach accommodation such as chairs or sand toys. There was a huge closet that could easily fit those items and would add a lot to the condo. Elevators worked about half the time. The hide-a-key lock box on the outside of the door was supposed to be locked in but when the door shut hard, it popped open. We never could get it to lock. Not exactly super secure. Overall, the condo was ok and we had a great time but would not likely stay here again or at a place managed by this company. It would really suck to have something more major occur and not have it addressed. For the price, there were a lot of comparable condos that may offer a bit more.
