Okay but could use improvement.

House was very clean and organized. Bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. Bed was too far out from headboard which made pillows fall down in between. Was only left two rolls of toilet paper for a week stay. Ended up having to get toilet paper

Very poor upkeep

We had a load of wash, the washer was broken, unknown to us, fill the floor with water. Took us a half a day to clean up the mess. Called to have some fix it, never showed up. After talking to neighbors the last 2 renters had the same mess. Walls needed painting, holes in sheet rock, just never fixed. Ceiling above the tub is leaking, dripping all night made it hard to sleep. The owner needs to up date what is in the kitchen, tiny sauce pan, and so many basic things missing. I am not sure I would ever stay at a Vrbo property again after this experience. I would not recommend Vacasa either, though they were friendly, it was only lip service.

Weekend Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, organized and quiet. Very family friendly. Check in was easy and everything was easy to access. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and cute for one or two people!

I had an awesome time! Very comfortable and convenient to the beach! No issues. Shower pressure was good. Two TVs, very big! Space for about two people, comfortably. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Great Location, Needs Cosmetic Update and BETTER Communication.

This place was okay, had horrible issues with Vacasa which is who manages this property. The water tasted and smelled like fish/the sea water. A fan broke after finding out it was only being held together by 1 screw when there should have been 3. Internet went out on Monday, did not come back on until after we left on that following Friday. Couldn't watch a DVD on the DVD player provided because it didn't have the correct hookup to the TV. Another family said theirs was out but was then back on without issues while ours was still out, I was told it was a system/area wide outage. Was constantly told by Vacasa the trash would be picked up Saturday and Sunday but wasn't until I was told on Monday-via and email and not the text system when I text it from Vacasa-it wouldn't be picked up until Thursday. I was being told they would put in a ticket to come get it and never did. Finally found it to dump ourselves. The walls had stain on them from the cabinet stain when they were redone and there were chips of sheet rock missing on the walls and corners of the walls. There was hair in the drain plug in the shower and the shower curtain was gross. We had fun and it was close to everything. 3 minute walk to the beach which was great, but Vacasa is horrible to deal with.

Highly Recommended Near the Beach

This rental definitely met our expectations. I've stayed in this complex before (in a different unit) so I knew it would be a better experience than staying in a hotel. The condo is well appointed with nice furniture, tvs, beach decor, and a comfortable king size bed. Plenty of bath towels were provided along with sample size cleaning items for the kitchen and a few detergent pods for the laundry. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer. The unit has two assigned parking spaces (tandem) marked #1 at the bottom of the parking space. We never had any trouble parking. Even though the complex seemed full (cars in all spaces) we had the pool to ourselves any time we went to use it. It was clean and always quite warm. We were there before and after 4th of July and the complex was never overly noisy, even when others with kids were using the pool. There are several restaurants in walking distance, otherwise 5 min drive max. Beach access is less than half a block away, and it is via a very nice boardwalk with showers. There is also an exterior shower at the condo complex. The complex was quiet and we felt safe leaving our belongings (laptops, etc) in the condo whenever we went out. We had some difficulty getting into the condo upon arrival. I called the Vacasa help line and they connected us with the local property manager within 5 min and he gave me the directions over the phone and it worked just fine. The emailed access directions were old and needed to be updated as there was a new electronic lock in place on the unit's door. Hopefully the Vacasa agent put in a ticket to get the arrival info updated for the next renters. We would stay here again, and definitely recommend this unit and property management company to anyone visiting SPI.
