Dieses Ferienhaus hat 7 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang sowie ein Bett mit Memory-Foam-Matratze. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Ofen ausgestattet, als gewisse Extras findest du aber auch einen Privatpool und einen privaten Whirlpool vor. Das Bad wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

Perfect location with plenty of room for our group of four families (8 adults, 6 kids). The pool area made for a great space for hanging out while the house also provided plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped with necessities and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent place for our family reunion.

We had a family reunion here to celebrate our parents 70th wedding anniversary and a few other birthdays. Location within easy walking distance to the beach perfect for all ages. We also appreciated the large number of bedrooms, large beds and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to keep our large group fed. Communication with the owners was timely, clear and they were very responsive. The pool and hot tub provided a nice respite from the ocean and warm weather. A good time was had by all and we would definitely come back again.

SPI Vacation

Rarely does a house live up to the pictures you see online - but this one does. This was the perfect house for our group, the pool is large and the hot tub was perfectly heated. What was also very helpful was that there were so many utensils, crockery and flatware - as well as cooking equipment - we never ran out. There was an additional fridge in the garage that was awesome to have for a larger group. The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach and restaurants - was a great stay and would highly recommend this property !

Great vacation!

The place was absolutely beautiful and fully accommodating for myself and my 21 other friends! Incredibly spacious and the yard almost felt like our own private resort. It was a perfect little walk to go to the beach as well. The house was equipped with everything we needed and it was perfectly clean and ready for us when we arrived. The property managers were communitative and if we needed anything they were quick to respond and help out! Overall a great vacation, I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location

The house was a great size and great location, however it was very dirty and the flooring was falling apart which made a tripping hazard. Most of the blinds are bent or broken, windows were broken and taped. The air filter had not been replaced in a very long time which made black dust or mold stains on the vents. I had contacted the homeowner with our concerns and attached photos and their response was “thank you, we knew about most of these problem but hoped we had a good time”. We paid top dollar for a house that should have been under repair and getting a good cleaning, and the homeowner rented it to us anyway! 😡

Beautiful Home

My family enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very spacious and accommodating. Overall the home was beautiful, spacious and kept cool throughout our stay. The only problem was there was street work being done so we had to park a block away from the home, but this was no fault of the hosts. As soon they found out they called their maintenance person to help us park one night at the house.

Accommodated our large family very well.

There were 16 of us ranging from age 6 months to 68 years. The house was very well supplied with everything needed for our week stay. There was more than enough seating for all of us. A highchair and pack and play are provided (and looked new) for the little ones. The kitchen was well supplied with dinnerware and cookware. Plenty of toilet paper so there was no need to buy more. The pool was beautiful. Our grandchildren spent a lot of time in it. The location of the property was perfect for an easy walk to the beach. All the pool toys, pool towels, beach chairs and beach wagon were provided. There were more than enough beach chairs that looked new and were high quality. The little and big kids had a lot of fun playing on the arcade games, ping pong and pool table. The gas grill is piped directly to the gas line so no worries about running out of gas while grilling. One negative is the water from the outdoor shower and air conditioner has no place to drain which meant there was water standing in different areas that you had to walk through in the pool area. Easy solution is to have a squeegee available to push the water to the drain by the pool. Overall this property worked great for our family and we would stay here again. It is in a perfect location to enjoy what South Padre Island has to offer.

Easy beach access and good pool. Real roomy!!!!

The bedroom and bath layout for this property is good for our party of 12. There weee plenty of kitchen chairs and sining chairs. A minus would be they are all metal so needs a bit of padding for long stays at the table/bar. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things one needs for a weeks stay. The only minor complaint would be the cleanliness of the place wasn’t quite 5 star. I think the cleaners rushed their cleaning in between renters. I would say when we had an issue with the dish washer to owners and maintenance responded quickly and did a great job to get it working . Internet worked great for all of our group who were big time phone tablet users. Overall I would stay again. They also had plenty of chairs and such for the beach which was quite helpful for w. 👌

Perfect family vacation spot

Our family of 18 had a wonderful time at Zula Del Mar. It was only 2 minutes walk to the beach and when we tired of the beach, we swam in the pool. The house was lovely and the perfect set up for our big group with 2 living areas and a nice sized kitchen. We loved every minute of it. The hosts were very communicative and answered questions when we had them. There was a problem with outside lights around the pool and they were taken care of as quickly as possible for us to enjoy. We will definitely look to stay again, if it’s available when we visit South Padre again.
