Guests have full access to the entire two-story home, the private pool and fenced backyard, the palapa, the upstairs balconies, and the two-car garage and driveway.

• Self check-in is available with a keypad door code for an easy, flexible arrival.

• Parking is available in the two-car garage and driveway, with room for up to four vehicles.

• The home sits on a quiet residential street, a short walk from the Gulf beach access.

South Padre Island is a relaxed barrier-island town on the southern tip of the Texas coast, known for wide Gulf beaches, calm bay waters, fresh seafood, and an easygoing pace. Oleander Oasis sits on a quiet residential street near the center of the island, a short walk to the beach and an easy drive to dining, shops, and family attractions.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring South Padre Island. The home includes a two-car garage and driveway with parking for up to four vehicles. Most of the island's beaches, restaurants, and shops are within a short drive or walk, and the Queen Isabella Causeway connects the island to Port Isabel and the mainland. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is roughly a 45 minute drive, with Valley International Airport in Harlingen about an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• This is a two-story home with interior stairs.

• The private pool is not heated.

• During Spring Break and Holy Week, wristbands may be required for all guests and a minimum age policy may apply per island rules.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.

• Please note that if your stay includes a Monday or Thursday, our scheduled pool maintenance team may arrive during the day to perform routine pool cleaning.

• No smoking, parties, or events.
