Hotel South Point

« They were very good to us and allowed us to have a late checkout, which was really nice considering we had four kids with us. We did travel there so we could go to Camden Park the next day so we had like a night staycation type deal the pool was nice. The kids had a blast and like I said they were super helpful and nice. I will definitely stay there again. »

« It was okay for the price, peaceful and clean. Sadly the mattress was a bit uncomfortable & springy. I slept on top of the comforter and used my own. My room was clean and smelled great. The tv bit small for king size bed & room size. The channel selection was pretty basic. Small fridge worked. Very small microwave & it was a bit dented up but worked. I wouldn't mind staying there again if the price is right. Ive paid for nicer at same price or cheaper. I was worried about the reviews especially...

« Owner was very Sweet! Had called to check on my arrival time and I had mentioned in conversation, I forgot my book. He politely offered me books and set some on the end of the bed for my arrival. Very cute and cozy place. Very peaceful to set and read a book at the outside accommodations. »

« Clean hotel and room, we'll located to highway and restaurants with free breakfast, gym and pool. Great value with nice size room and comfortable bed. »

« My wife and I stopped here on our way down to West Virginia late at night checked in found one room had bodily fluids all over the place like on the mattress cigarette burns on the comforters as for a new room the new room smelled like weed as well as the mattresses were stained with what looks like dried old blood. Please do not stay here. »

« Positive points: staff very smiling, nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and sufficient breakfast (no more) Negative points: the walls are very thin (you can hear everything) and a train passes every morning and honks by the way, wifi can be improved, no way to change the tv chanel »

« The guy who worked the front desk was so welcoming and helpful with information. The room was very clean and had a nice set up. »

« There is no pool as advertised and no gym that I was made aware of while I stayed. The “breakfast buffet” was cereal and bread that you could toast yourself. Also my door had a huge gap around it and there was construction being done and so much noise all night I didn’t sleep. There was a lamp that didn’t work as well. The staff was polite but that’s the only nice thing I have to say about the hotel. »
