„This cottage is charming and comfortable. It is plenty big enough for our little (3) family. We love that it is in town and within walking distance to many of the places that caught our interest. The tv was easy to figure out--big plus. The beds are super comfy. Overall, it was a great experience and we are all impressed with the accommodations. “

„Enjoyed our stay. House was very well maintained. Like the little porch so we could set outside while it was raining. The only problem here is the parking. The driveway down to the house is not in good shape and you can’t turn around you have to back out. But all in all a really nice place and we would sure stay there again!“

„We had such a good time here! The porch was huge which was awesome, and you really can't hear the music from the bar as long as the AC is running inside. Loved that we could just walk over to Shuckers and they also let you take your unfinished drink home with you if you're staying at the cottages. Cleanliness was way better than I anticipated, and I loved the decor. I'll definitely be staying here again! “

„Host was amazingly friendly, apartment was very clean,cool and cozy ,the pool and pond was so relaxing,kids also caught fish that I prepared for dinner, Host welcomed my party guest with a smile and charm, the kids played so much , they slept during movie time, while I enjoyed a book by the pool,I'm so excited about returning.“

„Jake and John are gracious hosts and very accommodating as well. The property is indeed an architectural beauty. Excellent books about Mississippi architecture as well as literature from Mississippi artists are part of the reading library. It is a nice escape to nature within the city. Food, coffee/cafes, and museums are nearby. Highly recommend!“

„I used this stay as a change from the usual hotel properties. I like not sharing walls with noisy neighbors. This cabin allows you to park right next to the cabin. I like that. “

„Was nice however tv didn’t work and no WiFi available. Next door the partiers kept us us up Friday night. If you stay Firiday night you have to move your vehicle Saturday morning for the farmers market. Got woke up at 6:30 am had to move it. Nice view across the river. “
