An ideal spot for those looking to explore and appreciate the New Forest, this charming cottage is located within the grounds of a private Equestrian Farm with picturesque views across a meadow and with walking opportunities across Beaulieu Heath straight from the doorstep. Beaulieu Heath is part of the New Forest’s ancient landscape. Ponies and donkeys roam freely as well as many other animals and wildlife. Perfectly located with direct forest access, the property is ideal for couples who want to enjoy some quality time together away from the hustle and bustle. You can easily reach local amenities and have easy access to the shops in Beaulieu Village from the cottage. Nearby attractions include horse riding at Ford Farm Stables, bike hire in Beaulieu, or perfect your swing at one of the golf courses in Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst, Bramshaw, or Hamptworth. With many attractions in the area why not take a visit to Exbury gardens (3.5 miles away), Beaulieu motor museum (3.5 miles), Lepe Beach (5 miles) and for those rainy days, there is Calshot activity centre with one of the best climbing walls in the country (8 miles)

Set all on one floor, there is a bright and spacious open plan living area with balcony doors, streaming natural light into the room and offering scenic farmland views. The dining table for two is perfect for a romantic meal and the warming woodburner creates a cosy atmosphere for an evening relaxing in front of the TV. The well equipped kitchen has stylish features including a Smeg fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven and comes complete with gorgeous countryside views. The bedroom is relaxing and peaceful with a king-size bed, White Company linen and views across the paddocks. The spacious bathroom features a large bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside, the property benefits from a large and private south facing decked terrace, perfect for admiring the farm’s horses and for a spot of alfresco dining with a wooden table and outdoor lighting. Also outside there is a lockable bicycle store and a cosy shed for your wellies and coats. The surrounding grounds are private and fenced off but the owners will happily introduce you to the horses on request. There is no horse riding available.
