Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm.
Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.
Note: All payments must be made prior to check-in.
VRBO charges the guest directly for their service fee and applicable taxes, while StayMarquis charges separately for the rental rate. As a result, you will see two separate charges at the time of booking-one from VRBO and one from StayMarquis.
If there is a second installment, it will be collected directly by StayMarquis shortly after the first installment.
Payment Method: Balance payments made with credit card are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 shall be made by check, ACH or wire.
Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $25,000 of damage protection. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.

Our friend group had a wonderful and rejuvenating stay at this beautiful Southampton home. Debbie was a fantastic host, great communication and very welcoming. The thoughtful little touches in the home were the icing on the cake. This will be our Southampton go to for future trips.

Snow at the beach for the Holidays
Our family of eight stayed here for 10 days over the holidays, and we truly had the best time together. We laughed, cried, cooked in the fabulous kitchen, took long walks on the snow-filled beach, and created memories we will never forget.
The house was perfect for our crewclean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with great accommodations for our baby as well. Deb was a wonderful host: warm, responsive, and incredibly informative. We felt welcomed and cared for from start to finish.
This home will always hold a special place in our hearts.

A lovely house with a great pool
A lovely house with a great pool (with small waterfall) and pool area. The house has a beautiful partial view of the bay. All appliances, bathrooms, beds, et al were quality, new, and well maintained. The house is lovingly cared for by its very nice and helpful owners, who made sure we had a perfect stay. We have no complaints, and had a wonderful stay. We couldnt recommend the property or the owners more.

Wonderful stay!
We stayed for Labor Day weekend with my family, which were 6 adults (age from 20 to 76) and a teenager.
Communication with stay marquis and especially the property owner was easy and quick.
Every little detail was well thought out, owner was super responsive and helpful.
House and property more beautiful than the photos and location is great, near beaches, downtown Southampton and nice restaurants.
Can't say more how amazing the property is and again excellent interactions with the owner!

Amazing Property
This cottage is exactly what we were hoping for and perfect for our Hamptons experience! The home had everything you could possibly need for the perfect stay! It was impeccably clean and well stocked with all the essential's! Great location and just a block or 2 from the water!

Lovely Thanksgiving!
We spent a lovely Thanksgiving at Oceanview Outstanding! The house is beautiful and well-appointed, with everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving. The location was perfect - close to Southampton, quick walk to the water! Our hosts greeted us warmly and were incredibly gracious! We would absolutely recommend staying here!
StayMarquis does not accept credit cards for full payment, so the reservation process was logistically more challenging than it needed to be.

Oceanview Outstanding - Amazing property, attention to detail throughout this home!
Perfect house for family gathering. Great location, gorgeous views of Shinnecock Bay, pool area is resort like. House beautifully decorated and open concept with spacious and well appointed kitchen area, ideal for family gatherings and dinners…back porch is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktail and Hampton’s sunsets. One of our best rental experiences, already planning a return visit.
