We were celebrating a 60th birthday and 60th anniversary, there was plenty of room for all 13 family members inside the property and we enjoyed the outside space using all the facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The bedrooms/bedding/towels all lovely and clean. We would recommend a stay at this property. »

« The lounge left side window was taped up and rags placed on the sill to prevent water etc the central window pane was cracked in 2 place. There were mould issues throughout the property, it wasn’t clean and there was a wire hanging loose I have photo evidence. The discrepancy between the actual property and the advertised description was totally different »

« It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. »
