„The townhouse is super cute! Easy to find via google map. You can see the ocean from the balcony and it’s a quick walk across the road to the beach. Overall clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I’ve actually thought about doing a joint family trip and using both town houses to sleep 10 comfortably. „This is a wonderful little cottage in a great location in Cocoa beach. Can walk to the beach and resturaunts and quieter than up in the more commercial area. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Many little touches that made our stay better. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa beach“

„We absolutely loved the location in regards to the activities we had planned. The layout of home was great! Everything we needed was available. Unfortunately, the shower in the master bath would not maintain a consistent temperature. That was very uncomfortable and took away from what would have been a near perfect stay. The back yard had not been cleaned since recent storms. Was not safe to walk around. Overall was a wonderful stay though. “

„Had an amazing time, Leah provides a plethora of coffee tea snacks along with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, towels, beach gear, all the local restaurants to try & places to visit and clear instructions for checking out and checking in. We had a fantastic time. 10 out of 10 would recommend!“
