Pictures are deceiving. There is no open lobby, just a plexiglass check in wall with a tiny slot to pass info through. Old tires snd other garbage i the parking lot around our room. Staff were rude and not at all friendly. Shower was dirty. We were afraid to stay here and ended up at another motel. This place is dirty, unfriendly, and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The lobby is not welcoming at all, was not heated so you felt the cold from outside. They have you do the whole transaction thru an itty bitty hole thru a safety glass window which made me feel like its a very unsafe place. Communication was hard because i believe the person,at check in was just learning english so it was very hard to understand.

It was very comfortable but not very clean. It was easy check in and check out and very quiet.

Clean and simple stay, no great amenities. Towels weren't soft, no coffee in room or breakfast available. If you want simply basic accommodations, this is fine. So the price reflected this. There was an issue with my name and my customer staying for payment which took a minute of discussion, but was resolved. It had to do with ID and payment card of me and my guest. Frustrating, but finally resolved.

Came in around 9 am after an all night flight. ...the was a room i booked wasnt available but found another one ready ...but still charged a 25 dollar early check in fee...i have never ever been charged an early check in fee...be aware of the early booking fee

Only complaints are the towels are sooooooo small & no iron in the room. But other than that, for the price - the room was nice & clean and the bed was comfy.

Everything about this place was awful. The door was locked and sign said go to room 118. The woman at 118 sent us to another room and guy gave us a key. Some light fixtures were not covered, and some didn’t work. Most furnishings were very old and dirty. Would never stay there again. On line pictures are very deceiving.

Staff at the front desk very rude could not get my deposit back because they don’t come to work till 8 o’clock and I have to leave to be at work for 6:30 AM Will not stay here again

Great for a way stop
Decor was certainly royal looking. Sign out front was old but the room was recently redone and very nice. No coffee, no breakfast. Had a fridge and microwave and was clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay while visiting Rock Island Pk
A little dated, but clean, roomy and comfortable. The sheets feel like higher end but the towels could be better. If we visit again we would stay at this hotel

I picked this one cause I thought it was a newer one but the pool wasn’t open and looks like it’s a small storage place for broken items ( very sad). Saw a few bugs. Towels were stained up and only got two per day and we had 2 adults and one child no coffee pot ( bought me one to have in room ). Beds we’re comfortable just wish it would have had a fitted sheet on both and ac worked good the hair dryer worked but you couldn’t hang it back in the slot . Needs a new shower head and take out the bath mat. Just needs a little updating done and it’s just small things that would make a big difference

smelled fungal in there, except for bathroom, which smelled like diesel exhaust. lady at the desk was lovely, though. and bed was comfortable, though i didn't feel it was very clean. won't be staying there again

The bed was clean and comfortable, but the room was not as clean as it should be. We saw a roach in our room. And even though the weather was too cool to swim, the pool was not ready for swimming. One reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool.

Room was not cleaned well upon checkin and had bad odor. Safety latch on door didn’t work and housekeeping barged in right after I checked in without knocking, scaring me. Door had gap all around doorframe, allowing gnats and other bugs in. Furniture was very worn and old. They required $60 deposit on top of room rate (not made aware on Expedia or hotel website and no sign at desk notifying they have this policy) which they wanted in cash. Overall, not a good experience at all!
