I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. It’s clearly just been renovated and is in excellent condition. Whilst in the centre the walk from the hotel to the main centre ( 10 minutes ) is through an ‘interesting’ area , not unsafe but definitely didn’t feel comfortable. The room I had was a duplex which I wasn’t aware of when I booked with the toilet downstairs which was strange as was in the hotel basement . There was an emergency exit door which is fine but they should state clearly it’s a one way door . I also felt the cheap wall hair dryer was very dated and not functional for a 5 star hotel . And thanks for being Pet friendly and not chargi by extra .

Great hotel near Bergamo airport
"Lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Only criticism was that there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Towels were also very thin, small and not the best quality! The staff and ambience made up for this though."

"This was a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our weekend away….. only a few issues that made it a bit more difficult….. our room was very far from the entrance and the location of the hotel was okay, about a 15/20 min walk to the ferry port and 15/20 min walk to the train station so when it rained ..."
