« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Hampton Inn! We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was well maintained. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a little getaway with my family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel 100%. We would love to come back again! 😊❤️ »

« The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing 5 stars for the chef!!! And the staff at the bar were great!! The only thing I didn’t like was the charge for the amenities because a lot of them I didn’t use and my room was not as clean as it should of been someone actually used the bathroom and didn’t flush when I arrived. »

« Great place. »

« Just a quick comment on the Heat system/Air conditionning. It worked fine, but was not calibrated at all. I had to set it to 80 degrees, to get approximately a normal room temp (around 68 degrees). »

« David at the front desk was absolutely rude. There was a misunderstanding with my reservation, and even after paying for the upgrade he continued to be rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My experience with that staff member has ultimately changed my mind about staying at that hotel ever again. IHG has lost a customer for that location. »

« Nice room, giid bed. The breakfast however was scarse and poor quality. I would not have minded to spend $10 more for a better breakfast and coffee. »

« Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, Cleanliness, and Overall Experience My two-night stay at Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville was extremely disappointing. The hotel fell well below my expectations, and I would not recommend it based on my experience. High-floor room issue: I paid extra for a high-floor room, but the hotel could not provide one when I arrived. I had to wait approximately three hours to get my room, which was unacceptable. Unfriendly staff: The staff were not...
