« The air conditioner didn't work took the 3 days to move me to another room after the manager lied and said there was no open rooms , cause his employer said there was... I do not recommend at all, they should be a negative Star honestly.... »

« This hotel was so nice and clean and the management was absolutely above and beyond amazing!!! Food was delicious too. »

« Staff was amazing. It is clear the staff is keeping this older property in repair. There are signs of work being performed, which i take as a good sign. I caught the end of breakfast, so it is unfair to the staff to evaluate a buffet as they close it. The air condition was great. »

« Don’t expect much with breakfast like other chain hotels. The food is meager, no hot food offered during the week, except on the Sunday morning we were there, there was a small tray of scrambled eggs and a small tray of some breakfast patties. Come Monday morning, only cold cereals, few slices of bread, and a few apples and mandarin and it was just a few minutes past 8 a.m. »

« First of all, I had a friend stay with me that arrived before I did, The manager charged my card and gave receipt to her. I was planning on using a different card to pay with at the end of our stay. I was charged for the entire 2 day stay, even tho I had cancelation insurance with Expedia. (on going issue). We got to the hotel late, I washed my face and turned down the covers only to find MULTIPLE hairs on the sheets, crumbs that looked like coffee grounds and one of the pillows had...

« Only complaint would be the breakfast! Not much offered but other than that great stay and nice staff and would stay again! »

« Room was clean. Elevator did not work and my room was on the 3rd floor. Fridge in my room did not work, which I bought drinks and was hoping to put in there. My son was looking forward to the pool and it was out of service. Staff was nice! »

« L'hôtel est très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Très bon petit déjeuner. Il y a des options de restauration aux alentours mais il faut quand même une voiture pour y accéder car il y a une voie rapide à traverser, c'est le seul bémol »
