First of all, both of their properties in Springfield Missouri are located on the same name street and I thought that I had booked at one and I guess I'd booked at the other and I had to do late check-in upon arrival there is a check-in phone located in their lobby for you to pick up for them to I guess contact the night attendant to check you in It took like 45 minutes for them to get an attendant to the front desk before I even knew that I was at the wrong location after dealing with that I went to the correct location and in their lobby they have the same thing a phone to call for late check-in their phone for late check-in did not work and by the time I finally figured out how to get a hold of someone through my cell phone and get their attendant to get to the front desk to check me in I waited probably upwards of the same amount of time about 45 minutes, by this point it was close to 3:00 in the morning. I finally get to my room and it smells horrible like stale cigarettes. Didn't even want to bother trying to be moved since it was just one night, So opened my window. On top of dealing with all of that, I had to go back down to my vehicle to grab a bag and had an encounter with an either very mentally disturbed individual having an episode, or possibly he was strung out on drugs. Nevertheless, he scared the daylights out of me, made me uncomfortable and then I get back in my room and the same man was outside right under the window I had to open. It was horrible!!
