„Property was just as described. We had everything we needed. The carport was a big bonus for us because it was raining heavily throughout our stay, and we appreciated staying dry while loading/unloading our vehicle. Owner responds quickly to questions. Location was great for us Decatur natives with proximity to grocery stores, big box stores, restaurants, parks and banks. It was even close to the funeral home we were using. Neighborhood was quiet. HVAC system and water heating were also great.“

„Three Pines is an amazing place! We hosted our wedding here in June of 2025 and could not have asked for a more beautiful setting, attentive staff, and quiet grounds. We had guests in every rentable room, and they all raved about the accommodations. „Overall great stay. We were in town for a softball tournament and was able to share the house with 2 other families thanks to Anthony for allowing an extra guest. We had everything we needed and close to Kroger for groceries and Dominos for pizza. I would recommend extra silverware. “

"Das Hotel ist ein guter Ort, um dort eine Nacht zu verbringen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und bieten ausreichend Platz fĂŒr zwei Personen und zwei große Koffer. Das Hotel grenzt an einige SupermĂ€rkte und bekommt je nach Lage des Zimmers recht viel Licht vom hell beleuchteten Parkplatz ab. Das kann man mit Gardinen in der Nacht nicht vollstĂ€ndig abschirmen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒckt war nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bratwurst kam aus der Mikrowelle ans Buffet und war von innen noch kalt. Der Kaffee war sehr dĂŒnn und nicht genießbar. "
