« Have been waiting on a refund from host for over a week. He has been contacted by VRBO & Expedia multiple times without response. « Booked this property 4 months in advance and flying in from out of town. Communicated with host 4 days prior to receive check in info. Said I would receive 1 hour before check in. My flight landed at 9pm and when I contacted host, he said I’m sorry but the house was double booked and tried blaming it on VRBO. He also tried sending hotel suggestions where to stay at but in terrible locations.Thank you VRBO for doing there best to correct the homeowners mistake. »

« Overall the stay was decent. Street parking was required. The owner didn’t cut the grass and we wanted to enjoy the backyard and use the grill but didn’t due to bugs in the high grass. The outside trash can was very full, barely could fit our trash in it. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was alot of dead bugs in the shower. There is only one farm door for the bathroom and bedroom next door. The location was great though. »

"Premièrement l'extérieur de l'hôtel a une odeur d’égouts.. plusieurs déchets sur le sol et le parking est pas sécuritaire… plusieurs personnes se promène et tard le soir… dans la chambre il y avais des cafards/coquerelle et plusieurs autres petites insectes, le papier de toilette est déjà a moitié utiliser, plusieurs personne dans le corridor qui parle fort et ce chicane…quelqu'un est même venu cogner a notre porte a minuit, moi et ma copine avons donc décider de partir car on sentais le danger.. je me recommande en aucun cas cette hotel "
