"The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was amazing. We have been on the Power Tour for the last week and have to be honest, Iâm all the hotels we stayed in to include Hiltonâs. This was the best hotel we stayed in. I would highly recommend this hotel."

University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center Springfield
"The people at the University Plaza were great. Very pleasant and friendly. The room was not great. It's old and outdated. The bathtub was dirty and stained. It definitely needs to be replaced. There are no USB connections anywhere in the room. The carpet is worn and also in need of replacement. This ..."
