Living space
The living room centers around a comfortable leather sectional and a TV with Hulu, framed by charm at every turn - from built-in bookshelves in the reading nook to the glow of a crystal chandelier overhead. A dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi means those who need to stay connected can do so without sacrificing comfort.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxed home-cooked meal - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of cookware, dishes, and silverware. A dining table gives the whole group a place to gather at mealtimes.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms are outfitted with bed linens, extra pillows, hangers, and ample storage to keep things organized throughout your stay. The layout sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 beds comfortably.

Bathroom
Two bathrooms include a bathtub, hair dryer, and essential toiletries - everything you need to freshen up after a day out in the city.

Outdoor space
The private backyard garden is a quiet retreat for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Out front, a covered porch with rocking chairs sits beneath a canopy of palm trees - ideal for watching St. Augustine's historic streets come to life. Beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a beach blanket are provided for days spent by the water.

Location
Sunny Side Cottage sits just blocks from Flagler College, the Old City, and the shops, restaurants, and landmarks that make downtown St. Augustine one of Florida's most visited destinations. Off-street parking for 2 cars is included, and self check-in via keypad makes arrival simple on your own schedule.

Good to know
Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees (maximum 2). Air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, iron, and a private entrance round out the practical amenities that make longer stays just as comfortable as weekend getaways.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Garage is not included with rental of the house.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
