Cette propriété est située au bord de la crique de Saint-Sébastien dans la ville de Saint Augustine. Il s'agit d'une maison de 2 étages, l'appartement est situé au deuxième étage de la maison. Cet appartement est une unité complète séparée du rez-de-chaussée. L'appartement est accessible par le rez-de-chaussée et un escalier intérieur qui mène au deuxième étage. De l'espace au deuxième étage, vous pouvez profiter de la vue panoramique et des nombreuses marinas à travers les fenêtres surdimensionnées et le porche. Les voiliers, bateaux à crevettes et autres bateaux à eau offrent un riche régal visuel. La scène change toujours. Au printemps, le vert clair et le bleu du marais scintillent dans la douce lumière. Plus tard dans l'année, le vert foncé et les bruns sont plus visibles. Au fur et à mesure que la marée monte et descend, des oiseaux petits et grands entrent pour se nourrir, se reposer et se percher.

My favorite place to stay when vacationing in St. Augustine. I love everything about this spot! Great location, everything is walking distance or a short drive. The home is beautiful and I just love the personal touch their paintings give the home. The views are absolutely breathtaking, definitely one of my favorite things about the house! Check in and out is a breeze.The hosts are hands down the best. Have booked with them several times and never had a problem. They are attentive and check in with you to ensure your stay is going well. Can’t wait to come back and book again!

Relaxing stay in a historic neighborhood

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this lovely property and had such a great time. Everything was clean and bright. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and prepare. Bed was very comfy. Bonus that it also has a balcony that is on one side open air and the other more of a sun room with ac. We enjoyed watching the marina, birds, and the tides go in and out. We walked the neighborhood to explore the Freedom Trail and then farther on to downtown St Augustine. The property is easy walking from several cafes and breakfast stops, antique stores, and restaurants. We ran into Mike who recommended Schooners and it was so tasty (best coleslaw) and inexpensive. I highly recommend the property! .

Local Flare with beautiful sunset

The property was beautifully maintained inside and decorated. The artwork and decorative theme through out showed the local area of St Augustine. The landscape was tastefully done and the neighrborhood was very quiet yet in close vacinity of Oldtown. Rhe house was well stocked and very easy to communicate with owners. We would highly recommend to our friends for future stays

Wonderful upstairs location with great views. Enjoyed the stay except for noisy neighbor downstairs who had loud TV from 9 pm til 230 am on two nights. Luckily they left a few days before us. Perfect other than that. Would stay again!

Unique, clean and close to town

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our apartment was clean, well stocked, with great views and sunset. Had a little problem with the TV, called Michael and Hyacinth and they came over immediately. Couldn't get the problem fixed so they brought a brand new TV the next day. Could not have been happier with their response. Excellent hosts.

Amazing getaway!!!

This place is spectacular. Great views! Inviting courtyard. Plenty of comfortable seating, not cheap furniture. Very comfortable king-size bed and some couches that are sleeper sofas. Nice walk to historic areas, cafes, art galleries. The layout is so nice because it has a sunroom and a deck so no matter the weather, you can see the view. Then there is lots of amazing artwork that is a bonus! I would give it 10 stars!

The dwelling is attractively, warmly and comfortably furnished. It has 2 great porches that are wonderful retreats at different times of day. Short walk to town and nearby lake. Warm and friendly hosts attention to any " problems" that mightbarise is quick. You will enjoy the experience!

relaxing getaway weekend

The space is so lovely with the owners beautiful original art on the walls - this is only outdone by the view of the marina and the gorgeous sunsets. My friend and I enjoyed every moment in this well appointed space and ate every meal on the porch to take in the views. It is a very walkable distance to the downtown area / restaurants / shops. We highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay - we wish we had booked for a few more days!
