We had a lovely time at Sand Euro! The star of the home is the open concept top floor, which includes a kitchen and two distinct living room areas. For a group of three couples and a combined three children under three, this was the perfect set up to keep kids entertained while we could all enjoy the space together. Our only (minor!) complaints about the house were that it was challenging to keep the bottom floor bedroom cool and two bathrooms had many dead gnats on the floor when we arrived. It's a brief walk down to a rocky beach access point. Getting down to the water does take some agility-- or good timing, as a kind home owner saw us surveying the rocks and invited us to take the rock-less route through his yard.

Perfect!

The house was perfect for our family. We came in to celebrate our father who passed aways last November. He was a NASCAR fan. We drove into Daytona daily for races! House was a wonderful retreat between races!

Family escape

We booked this because our house suddenly had a slab leak and water had to be turned off until it was re-plumb so we decided lets go to rent something near the beach instead of staying at home with no water for a week. We were able to book quickly and because our rental started and ended during the week they were able to offer us both early check in and late checkout which was unexpected and awesome. The house is huge you could easily sleep 12 people we only had 6 with tons of extra room. The house was very clean, well stocked with everything and had great appliances including a washer/dryer. The main living area was a huge open floor plan with kitchen/dining room/great room beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It had plenty of lighting and fan options and the A/C worked great. Lots of entertainment options including Smart TVs, DVD and VHS players plus plenty of games, books and puzzles. Also a lot of beach toys and supplies and it was a very short walk to the beach. It has 3 floors and each one had a beautiful patio or balcony to enjoy. The area was very quiet and peaceful but just up A1A was St. Augustine or down A1A was Palm Coast so lots of options if you want to go out and about. The management was super responsive - they reached out to me frequently before and during the stay to see if we needed anything at all. I highly recommend this to anyone but especially if you have a large family or group get together it is perfect.

Beautiful House with Fun Activities Nearby

Our stay at the Sand Euro was AMAZING! My family (6 adults & 4 kids) all slept soundly in the super comfy beds and loved having easy access to multiple bathrooms on all the floors. The kids loved the bunk room with 4 twin beds, definitely nice to put them all in one place. The top-floor kitchen and living area was great for hanging out with everyone, comfy couches all around and a big dining table with lots of chairs, plus the kitchen was easy to be a part of the party from (which helps if you are cooking - and this place is totally set up to cook!). Also BBQing on the deck upstairs is really easy and has a great view. The house itself is really nice and there is fun artwork in all of the rooms and upstairs, it truly makes you feel like you are staying in a cool beach house, but with all the right amenities. Speaking of amenities, the Sand Euro came with all sorts of fun beach supplies, like boogie boards and sand toys for the kids, made it easy to just get out and play. Getting to the beach was super easy, and you could walk there a couple different ways which was fun, but always just less than 5 minutes away. The beach was really nice too, great waves and lots of people out enjoying the water, but still plenty of space, loved it! Also there are fishing poles, which we tried one day fishing from the bridge over the river, didn't catch anything, but fun to try! We would definitely stay at the Sand Euro again in a heartbeat, such a beautiful house and area, with lots to do!

Wonderful stay at an outstanding home!

The Sand Euro is a well-appointed, comfortable getaway. We had a multigenerational family gathering and couldn’t have found a better place. Every cooking item we could want was provided in the kitchen; the towels and linens were more than adequate (even beach towels!); the activities in the unit were fun (sand toys, ping pong, games, puzzles); and the place was super clean and everything functioned as it should. The beach, while the frontage road is under construction, is now easily accessible via path and fantastic at low tide (we had a few wild games of bocce ball on the sand). We can’t wait to visit again! 5/5 stars!

Climb over boulders to get to beach!

The house was clean, comfortable beds. Negatives:no walking beach access even though they told me several times there is, you would have to climb over boulders to get down to the beach. Walked in someone’s yard to try and get to the beach but the owner fussed and said this is private property. We had little kids with us and it was important to have beach access. Also terrible fruit fly problem, they even got into bread snd donuts that had not even been opened yet. Towels for the bathrooms were thin, old snd rough. If these were my towels they would be for cleaning or thrown away, not for guest to use. Low water pressure at the bathroom sink in the master bedroom. I did let the host know and they did come and set traps for the fruit flies, brought 4 white fluffy towels ( which should have been there in the first place)and more beach towels . They also brought snacks for the kids 3 gift cards for subway and a couple of toys for the kids. So that was nice they did try to fix those problems. The fruit flies never went away while we were there. I give them credit for trying but I would only stay here again if you can walk and get to the beach easily, if not just say in the description you will need to drive to the beach! So I give it a 3 star. Lmoore
