Great location with plenty of room!

Super easy booking, clear instructions for access, check out. Very roomy condo, short walk to the beach, short drive to lots of different activities. We loved our stay, the boys were sad to leave.

Just what we needed!

This was a great home away from home! The location is perfect and the quick little walk over to the beach was super easy! Everything was decorated very nice and was extremely comfortable! We had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful and relaxing!

Beautiful and comfortable condo. Minutes from Lighthouse, Fountain of Youth and downtown St Augustine. Beach is 5 min walk from door. Pool and jacuzzi are too. Well equipped and very clean. We will be back next year for sure. We had a blast! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful place and location!

We loved our stay and the location was great! The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score is because of check in. The website (VRBO) says check in is 3:00PM. The paperwork that was emailed said 4:00PM. We showed up at 4:30 and the cleaning crew was still there and said it would be another 30 minutes (so an hour past the latest check in time).

Great location

Great location with short walk to the beach and community pool. Unit needs a new dryer as it took all day to dry towels. Even a small batch of our bathing suits which had already mostly air dryed took multiple rounds through the dryer to get completely dry. Also, several light fixtures were in need of their lightbulbs replaced (master bedroom ceiling fan, master bath, guest bath, guest room) all had bulbs that were blown. Dishwasher was full of dishes still when we got there rather than it being emptied (found the knives finally, lol!) Overall, we did enjoy the stay and these minor things were not a deal breaker. The dryer was the most annoying bit.

This condo was great! Very clean and a nice property. We had a wonderful time on our first trip to st Augustine. Location to the pool and beach was awesome. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Nice, gated community with a pool. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were super comfy! Short walk to the beach via private access boardwalk. Booking and check-in process was quick and easy.

Good place to stay minus a couple things.

Overall this unit is decent to stay in. Its not my favorite unit for Sea Winds but its a great 1st floor unit. The patio is probably the best you will get for a lower level unit. But with any 1st floor unit, you will need to take into account that there will be people walking above you. Its not bad but its sometimes distracting with the sounds of someone walking/stomping around. The unit was fairly clean but not perfect. The fake plants could use a cleaning/dusting and the area rug seemed like it was not vacuumed. But this wasnt a deal breaker for me, just some OCD observations. The bed and furniture was nice and comfortable so we were happy. I think the unit could use some minor updates though like the master bath. Although fully functionable, the tub is old and it would be nice to see a stall in there. Some other minor things I would say needs improving/updating is the washer and dryer are a bit dated. A shirt I washed was ruined and the washer is loud so you have to close to the laundry door. Im also a tech guy so it would be nice to have an updated smart keypad lock on the door. That way codes can be managed remotely and changed as needed. No need to deal with that clunky box thats hard to open and gets in the way of the door everytime you close it. The TV that is mounted above the fireplace is way too high...never a great idea and its hard to watch. It should be lowered as low as possible or just remove that bar that no one uses and put it there. Lastly, I would say that the coffee maker needs to be replaced. It makes terrible coffee and it was really dirty. Again, this is my opinion but simple things like this can make a big difference in one's stay. The second bed room is nice, although we did not use it, there is a bunk bed and another bed so plenty of room for kids. Theres also a walk in closet that had beach chairs in it. We used them and there were nice. But oddly there was no access to the garage like other units allow so that was a bummer. We were told there would be a beach umbrella in the closet with beach toys but all there we found was the post for it. So we ended up having to rent a canopy/tent for the week. Overall though, this was a good place. Would I rent it again? Maybe but it would not be my first choice over other units with the same price. If those minor updates could be done then yes I probably would not mind at all. So 4/5 stars for me...these condos at Sea Winds are all very good and my favorite off the A1A.

Perfect Labor Day weekend

We love St. Augustine and this was our favorite location we have stayed to date! The location of the condo was perfect! Steps from the beach, the pool, and had an amazing patio! The condo was decorated perfectly to make you feel comfy and at home while still having the beach vibe! We had everything we needed and more and will 100% be returning! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect getaway

Everything was great, from Rikki's communication to the property itself. Exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful location. We loved playing on the beach with our grandson, it was his first beach trip!

Slice of Heaven Getaway

Everything about this experience was great from the time of booking to the time of checkout. Beautiful place with ample accommodations, amenities and access to the beach! the closing of our home was pushed and pushed and we thank the owners immensely for sharing their Slice of Heaven with us. Great location!

The condo is very nice and comfortable. Sitting on the patio enjoying the lagoon was very calming and the beach was quite convenient. The kitchen is well furnished but storage space for food is limited. The unfortunate part is that the people upstairs made sure we got very little rest, making noise at all hours of the night. Obviously that's beyond the owner's control but something you should know.

Great Stay at Sea Winds 56

We loved our stay at Sea Winds. The condo is nicely decorated 2 bdrm and very comfortable. Plenty of cookware and dishes, cleaning supplies...everything you need in the kitchen. The condo sits close to the beach so you only have to walk a short distance by way of a connected boardwalk. It's also a private, gated community with a shared pool, hot tub and tennis courts. We can wait to go back.

Decent stay, very clean and nice location

We arrived late but a packet with keys was left for us, so that was good. Place was smaller than we expected for the number sleeping there, but it was clean and overall offered what we needed, EXCEPT blankets for the beds (my wife missed those). Only other issue was packet didn't include info about garbage disposal and no replacement bags were provided. In seeking more info from manager, I discovered the office hours were quite limited and the phone mailbox was too full to leave a message. Once I connected with her, she was helpful and the place was accommodating of our needs. Overall, a very good stay!
