Thankful to have room cleaned and fresh towels everyday. When it was a Marriott they did not do so for my 5 night stay! Fresh fruit at breakfast would have been appreciated.

We stayed three nights. The rooms were clean, with plenty of towels, pillows, hangers, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, etc. Staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast had variety and the coffee was great. I will definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to family and friends!

The hot tub was not working it would not start and we told the staff. Staff were very nice.

Would not return. Staff were not very friendly.. don’t expect hot breakfast.. they stop refilling well before 9 am ( we couldn’t get anymore at 8:30!) when we asked we were just told “find something else to eat” Hot tub Luke warm jets not working. Old shaky beds. Nicer hotels in the area for a little bit more!

Much much better then Dec 2023 I was done in 5 iminutes. Employees was awesome at check- in unlike over a hour in Dec. with the employee who was so high he hadn't seen earth in a long time

Disappointed that the jets did not work on the hot tub. There were no towels in the pool area. Outside window in our room needs to be replaced. Major drafts were coming through it. Tried to get an early check in( by an hour) was told that was not an option. Room was clean and I slept good.

The bathroom was not clean. There were swipe marks and remnants of cleaner on the counter. There was a used facecloth from the previous guests still in the shower!!!!

Got to the hotel 20 mins after check in and there wasn't a room cleaned. Ended up having to sit in the lobby area and wait . There was no towels in the pool area.... No bubbles for hot tub when turned on. The staff didn't know why it wasn't working. No need for a key to get into the building or pool area those were unlocked for everyone's safety. No one at front desk even after ringing the bell about a dozen times at 10am to purchase something from their corner market. No milk to go with the cereal. Elevater was filthy full of finger prints and who knows what else. The soap shelf in the shower had used soap residue and hairs.

Property was not an 8.2 star rating from expedia. Tried to cancel with property over the phone and they said work with expedia. Expedia tried working with location but unable to contact so they just said they couldnt refund me.

Our key didn’t work 1st time so I went to from desk to have them reprogrammed. Went back to room and key worked however the guy in the room was as surprised to see us as we were to see him! I got a refund (with resistance) and we went to the hotel next door. The staff didn’t seem to know what was going on at their property.
