The beautifully designed ground floor welcomes you with an open-concept layout, allowing for seamless flow from the kitchen to the living room, where large windows offer uninterrupted views of the private outdoor patio. Spread out across the upper two floors, or head up to the stunning rooftop deck, complete with open-air seating and a cozy fire table. On the third floor, you'll discover a secluded master suite overlooking the pool, providing a private retreat. Just a short walk from resort amenities, including the lagoon and beach, this home is perfect for large groups or family gatherings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
