Updated Condo & Convenient Location

Nicely updated condo with all essentials, amazing views. Great overall size for our family. Location and accessibility is convenient to all things in and around St George. The actual grounds of Las Palmas need some updating. Nice to have all the amenities, but upkeep is important. Would definitely book again!

Great stay, and the VIEW- WOW

Stayed several days and enjoyed it very much. The home is well equipped. Multiple TVs allowed for our different age kids to do their own watching during down time. Pools were fun- older but clean and most of them were heated which allowed for swimming in chilly temps. Access though their third party management group was different and a little confusing but we figured it out. Would stay again.

Updated condo in older resort

The owners have done a great job updating this condo. It’s modern and clean in an older resort. The resort amenities are really good—old but clean, extensive, and trying hard to give families a great experience. The deck is spacious and views from this condo are beautiful. The sheets and towels could use an update but the beds and couches are comfortable and we were happy enough.

Good home, needs better cleaning.

We came down to St George for Spring Break with our family. The home is definitely one of the updated ones and overall it was a decent place to crash. Beds were still in good condition, plenty of towels and dishes. Cleanliness was ok. There was a ton of trash and crumbs under the couch and there was a mysterious brown stain on the wall in the bathroom. The master shower and sink in the guest bath need to be unclogged. The shower was filling up with water. The community was relatively quiet and had decent amenities. The pools seemed well kept, but the hot tubs need more consistent cleaning/draining. Overall, we had fun and overlooked some of the minor issues.

We’ve recently stayed at the subject property. The condo was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and the views were amazing. The pools and common areas were bit dated but we still had a great time and would return there in the future.

Spacious, clean, updated beautifully & great view

We chose this apartment to have a family trip while my mum was in town from England. It was clean and spacious- it had everything we needed to make a great stay. It’s been updated and is beautiful inside, has a great view and big bathrooms. We will most definitely stay here again, highly recommend! A+

Wonderful Spring Break Family Trip

This condo is newly remolded so it felt extremely clean and fresh. The decor is modern and simply beautiful. The view off the spacious back deck was so enjoyable. The washer and dryer (fairly new pieces) were very handy as we had been traveling already for couple days before staying at this place. One thing I noticed is when the dryer is on there is a terrible old smoke smell that comes. Your clothes don’t smell like it when they are done drying though. All my kids enjoyed the condo and the rest of the resort. We did go during spring break so the pool area was pretty full. We enjoyed the ice maker in the freezer and the few card games/ puzzle that were there. One recommendation that I would make other than fixing the smell from the dryer would be having a fan for in the bunk bed room. The other rooms have overhead fans and were used constantly. The bunk bed room would get a little stuffy. Very minor items because overall we had the best time and would love to come back and stay at this condo. I hope the the other guest that come and stay here will appreciate this beautiful condo and take great care of it.
