« We enjoyed our one night stay in this hotel. The front desk lady was super nice and let us check in before 3:00pm. She gave us Basel Card and explained how to benefit from it. It saved us a lot of money for public transportation and museums. The room was very clean. The only thing that we think could improve is the outlets by the bed. If they could put one outlet on each side of the bed, that'll be more convenient. Overall, it's a nice hotel that we would recommend to anyone visiting Basel. »

"I arrived late. The bar/restaurant was closed.
The room was rather noisy (I think there was a highway next to the hotel). The hotel was accessible from city center by uber. Iâm not sure I could have done it by feet. The staff was friendly.
I had to leave early. I havenât tried the breakfast.
Also the alarm rang during the night and all customers had to leave their room to meet in the lobby. Hopefully no fire. It was not really a good night. "
