    La villa Beach Walk, abordable de 5 chambres, est située sur l’un des récifs tropicaux les plus spectaculaires de St John’s. Capacité d'accueil jusqu'à 12 personnes (5 chambres, 2 canapés-lits). Prix en fonction du nombre d'invités, nous ne louerons qu'à un groupe sur la propriété à la fois, que vous ayez juste deux ou jusqu'à 12 personnes. Les couples ou les adolescents utilisant le niveau inférieur disposent de leur propre mini-suite, comprenant un deuxième lave-linge / sèche-linge, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, un salon, deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Le niveau supérieur principal comprend trois chambres à coucher, trois salles de bains et une demi-salle ainsi qu'une fabuleuse grande salle entourée de verre pour laisser entrer la vue spectaculaire tout autour. Ouvrez les grandes fenêtres de verre projetés pour entendre le bruit des vagues que vous n'oublierez jamais.
    Le plaisir commence vraiment à l'extérieur au Beach Walk. Notre eau cristalline et calme offre certains des meilleurs endroits pour la natation, la plongée en apnée, le kayak et la planche à rames à St John. Nous vous fournissons gratuitement des tubas, des masques, des kayaks et des paddleboards. Pourquoi avoir à conduire tous les jours sur une plage bondée? Vous pouvez nager, faire de la plongée avec tuba, du kayak / paddleboard ou faire une brève randonnée sur la plage de Chocolate Hole. Nous préférons faire de la plongée, car le récif regorge de beau, coloré la vie marine que vous ne voudrez pas manquer. Les enfants adorent chercher des coquillages et des bernard l'ermite le long de notre côte rocheuse.
    Lorsque vous n'êtes pas en train de vous amuser dans l'océan, détendez-vous sur la terrasse de la piscine ou dans un hamac à quelques pas du récif. Vous pouvez écouter les sons paisibles du rivage tout en vous rafraîchissant dans notre piscine de 15 'de diamètre x 52 "de profondeur. Parfait pour un plongeon rafraîchissant ou un flotteur. The stay was fantastic. Plenty of space, excellent location and clean rooms. While we only spent a hour or two a day plus sleeping here it was well worth it to have a place to come back to, shower and rest before dinner. Would book again!

An amazing ocean front property! There are two separate living areas -and the basement apartment worked great for moody teenagers ;-)Snorkeling right off the rocks every day was a highlight for sure (a little rugged getting in but totally worth it). One note: The sandy beach area is not walkable but would be accessible via a snorkel or kayak.

Amazing house and amenities. We enjoyed having the kayaks and snorkeling so close. The views were spectacular and our family all decided it was one of our favorite rentals. We did not need to use the downstairs apartment, it was a bit musty. Nellie was great the day we arrived leading us to the property and making sure we were able to find our way. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for helping to make our stay in St. John's so memorable!

The house was absolutely perfect. The downstairs apartment worked great for one group and then the upstairs was spacious and quiet for the other folks. The location could not be better. The outside water toys and boats were great and we utilize them a lot. It was just the ideal VRBO property for our crew.

Amazing stay in Chocolate Hole. The property is waterfront with beautiful views. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, and was a great place to unwind and jumping off point for island exploration. Would come again in a heartbeart!

We enjoyed the sunsets every evening. Place was roomy. Not really 5 bedrooms as 2 bedrooms are accessed from different door. All in all a wonder stay. Excellent snorkeling.

Our family of 9 adults had a wonderful week. The location was amazing, the house fit perfectly for our needs. The house was well-supplied with beach gear. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay!

This place was better than expected and the views were spectacular. It was well equipped with all of the things—entertainment (snorkel stuff, kayak, paddle boards, necessities (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, towels) & more. Could not recommend this place enough. So thankful for a beautiful week with my family in this wonderful space.

Beautiful location & excellent space

Loved this place! Beautiful scenic view of the water and the surrounding hills. Quiet, clean space. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Only gripe was the basement smelled strongly of mildew/mold - humidity was very high there so no one wanted to sleep in those bedrooms. Some issues working the washer/dryer and other minor things. Overall amazing and would love to stay there again if the chance pops up. Thank you!

Great house with amazing view

House is right on the water. No beach, as shown and revealed in the description, but beautiful nonetheless. Easy(ish) access to the water with the available kayaks and SUPs. Beware the Sea Urchins! House was a little shy on noise privacy, especially in the upstairs bedroom but nothing to worry about, in our opinion. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Property

The property manager was friendly, informative and very helpful. She assisted with any special requests in advance of our stay which was very accommodating. The property itself was beautiful and just as listed. Great place to have family/friends as you can share two different sections of the residence to allow privacy and/or allowing your toddler to take a nap while still being able to vacation without worry for waking them up. Very close to Cruz Bay, and the property had the most amazing sunset views. I would encourage you to bring water shoes if staying and planning to walk to the sandy beach during low tide. Also great snorkeling spot. Would highly recommend!

Family gathering

Beach Walk Villa was wonderful. It's perfectly beautiful location was a complete delight, the property managers were most helpful and friendly, and the extras like the pool, kayaks and paddleboards were terrific to have to enjoy being on the water. It was a fabulous week. Everyone of all ages loved being there. My only suggestion was that since some of the famous recent storms apparently covered up the walk way to the nearest beach, the website photos should be updated to take that out. But really didn't matter a bit. We drove to the big beaches and were perfectly delighted to be back at the house later to enjoy it's amazing location and stunning sunsets. Can't recommend this property enough. You'll love it too.

This home was perfect for our family of 10 adults. Having kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and a pool were huge assets for us. We did try walking on the rocks to the beach, but soon realized kayaking or paddle boarding over were much better options. I’d recommend packing tevas, or water shoes for entering and exiting the water..no flip flops. Any questions or requests were promptly answered. If we travel to St John again, we would definitely book this villa. Regarding the neighborhood /area…you’ll be driving to any destination. Groceries or dining out are both extremely expensive. Our faves: dining at Windmill Inn, hiking Reef Bay Trail, Trunk Bay beach.

Family time at beach Walk

We all enjoyed our stay in this Villa. It was clean and roomy with nice outdoor spaces. Some of the furniture was new and some such as the dining area furniture was quite worn. The bedrooms were nicely appointed but be prepared for outdoor showers attached to the lower level bedrooms. Also no hot water in those outdoor showers. Since it was advertised as a villa where one could walk to the beach we were surprised to find the walk almost impossible over the rocky shoreline. We did enjoy the kayaks, snorkel equipment and cornhole game. The bay was lovely. One definitely needs to rent a vehicle in order to enjoy the island and be prepared to navigate very narrow roads. Overall I rate this Villa quite high. The management company was excellent to work with.

Beautiful location/House needs work

The house is in a beautiful location, but the house needs some work. The roof leaked during big rain storms. Some furniture was broken and the separate apartment was dark. Being on the water was amazing but getting into the water was difficult. The rocky coastline, rough waters and outdated kayaks/paddle boards made getting in the water outside the house challenging. The outside deck and pool were the perfect place to gather after a day of exploring the island. This was our favorite part of the house. Overall, you rent this house if you have a large group, you want to be on the water and you aren’t fussy about your accommodations. My kids did not notice any of the house shortcomings but if this were my house, it would be time for a renovation.

What a special place!!

This house has everything that you would want in a relaxing vacation home! Our family enjoyed snorkling, fishing and paddle boarding daily. The pool was fun to relax in and watch the waves roll along in the bay. The house was clean, well stocked and so spacious for our family of 5. We enjoyed playing cards and games at the table, while we heard the waves from the bay. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. We all miss this place and hope to be back soon!

St John Family vacation

The pool and views were amazing- the overall layout was great for our group! We really enjoyed our time @ Beachwalk. However the name is misleading in that the walk to the beach is not maintained and there is no “easy” walk to the neighboring beach unless to take the rocks which is not ideal for kids. There is also no good place to put in the kayaks or paddle boards so unfortunately we did not use those! The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryers are so helpful. It would have been helpful to have flashlights with batteries available for the 2 power outages We experienced during our stay. Overall a great place- just need the beach walk to be maintained.

Beautiful location with access to the water

The location could not have been better. We snorkeled, paddle boarded, and kayaked almost every day out front of the Villa. The outdoor area was awesome. The set up of the house fit our family perfectly. The house itself could use some attention, especially in the kitchen but overall we had a great experience.

From initial contact and discussions with owners to property managers all went extremely smoothly. Our group of six adult family members fit perfectly with room to spare. Everyone enjoyed the property and surrounding activities. Anything we asked for was provided quickly. We were extremely satisfied and look forward to another visit soon!

Perfect!

Perfect for adults or bigger kids, due to the multi-levels and the rocky shoreline. Be careful for the urchins! Property manager excellent, responsive and professional! Accommodations great with no complaints at all! The pool is better than advertised!!

Family vacation

We had the best time! We have never been to the USVI, and St. John is AMAZING! We hiked, snorkeled, kayaked, and swam every day. The water and the reefs are beautiful! Sean at Empire Boat Charters is the best, and he took us to great snorkeling areas and to places to see the sea turtles. We have already talked about coming back. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, adults or families with kids. It was perfect!!

Great House - Beautiful Bay

We had 7 stay here, my wife and I took the upstairs master, our two sets of parents took the two queen rooms on the main level, and our daughters each got a queen and their own living space in the lower level - so that was perfect. The management team was great to work with. The bay is stunning and the snorkeling is great. It was difficult for our parents (all around 80) to get in and out of the water at the house location, or to walk to the beach. Rocky, if the water is rough at all, older folks have some trouble. But overall a fantastic experience!
