« Easy check in process and great communication! Very clean and comfortable place to relax. On the quieter side of the island takes about 20-25 Mins to drive from Cruz Bay. Short 10-15 mins drive to Maho Bay. Great property would stay again! »

« This was an amazing spot, great views, beautiful landscaping and wonderful decor. The kitchen was well stocked and they had beach gear including a cooler and umbrella which made our beach experience amazing. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms cozy. The manager met us in town to bring us to the unit, which I have mixed feelings about, however she was friendly and said that it helped the client not get lost, which I can see could be a problem. « Book the trip! Just do it. We had the absolute best stay on St. John with our family and our stay cottage made it so perfect. We had all the beach items, a grill for after a long day at the beach, TV to watch our Tigers play baseball and some precious kitties who would visit us. The pool was wonderful for an afternoon dip from our long days snorkeling! Marcia provided us with tips, tricks and all the recommendations for our agenda and stay. « The property (and views from it) were as wonderful as advertised! We visited a different beach almost every day, and then relaxed at night, often on the deck overlooking the bay. Paul was amazing, and responded immediately - and with a fantastically friendly demeanor - any time we had a question. The property was very well-stocked with pool and beach supplies, as well as towels, dishes/silverware, and general house supplies. We had a terrific vacation! »

« We loved our time at Sailors Cottage. As previous reviews attest, Kim is a great host. She (and her family) did everything they could to make sure we had what we needed. We are completely sold on the Coral Bay side of the island, and would, without a doubt, stay here again. »

« Perfect get away spot for 2 people. Very private with good water views. Well equipped. Pool was great but had no hand railings for entering the water. The king size bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, although the mattress was 33 inches above the floor and difficult for a short person to get into. Overall it was a great experience. »

« Best vacation stay ever! Gorgeous views of Coral Bay, easy access the North shore park beaches (favorite snorkel at Waterlemon Cay), the east end of the island to Haulover and the South to get to Miss Lucy's, Rams Head and Salt Pond. While it was a short easy drive back to Cruz Bay, our preference was enjoying the local spots right at the bottom of the hill. The house had a well stocked kitchen and we really enjoyed the relaxed approach to "leave it behind"...condiments, beer etc... check out...

« This property is a GEM! It’s absolutely breathtaking and we had an amazing experience. The house was clean, close to some local restaurants, and overlooked Salt Pond Bay which happened to one of our favorite snorkeling places! This is the first time my husband and I visited the island with our friends and truly we cannot wait to come back, Vicki is amazing and super easy to get in contact with. « My wife and I stayed for a week with our two children and my wife’s parents. This was our third time visiting St John, so we were quite familiar with the island. First, this location on the island is ideal - we stayed in this area last year and will continue to do so. You’ll be close to the beaches and the drives to Cruz Bay and Coral Bay aren’t bad at all. « My wife and I spent two weeks at this lovely house and wanted to cry on the last day. If you haven’t been to ST. JOHN you need to go. This house is in the perfect spot if you want peace and quiet with a wonderful view. The house has everything you need and the owner was a joy to work with. This is definitely one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed at. »

« We had an incredible stay at Huis Ann Zee! The property is exactly as described and the images of the views don’t do it justice. Dwight was incredibly responsive and the house had everything we could have needed for our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back ourselves again soon! »

« This was our first stay, but Eureka Villa is truly our home away from home. We prepared many meals at home and the kitchen had ALL that we needed and more. The food left for us from Sam and Jacks was so delicious and left us wanting more!! We ordered lunch from them daily! With the plethora of towels, chairs, snorkels, fins and sunshades we were well equipped for the many beach days we had! Jackie and the other staff were easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. We will surely be back...

« Fantastic location in Chocolate Hole. The Villa itself is clean, bright, high-tech and furnished with high-end appliances and thoughtful detail, such as a Keurig cubby upstairs and robes in the closets. The villa is just Steps from a beach to snorkel. Our master bedroom was huge with high ceilings. The master bedroom balcony was spacious and provided a view of the bay. We played many card games at night and sipped coffee in the morning. Snorkel equipment and beach chairs are provided to use....
