Hotel St. Joseph

« Currently undergoing refurbishment that, when completed, will make this a really nice hotel and great bargain. I would stay there again, but would recommend a better explanation from the front desk that the rooms - which are down a long corridor in what is essentially another building - would be more easily accessed by driving and parking near that building's door. »

« This hotel claims to be pet friendly yet their pet fees are enormous. I have 2 little dogs less than 14 lb each and we arrived at 5:30 pm and left at 4:30 AM (11 hours), and my fee for my 2 pups was $60. She wanted to charge me $80. I told her I will not be able to come back to that hotel again. There are many other nice hotels that charge $20 per dog. One would have thought I had standard poodles or of that size (I love poodles, they're great dogs) So that kind of ruined it for me. Yes,...

« Room appeared clean, bathroom door knob was very loose and did not lock, breakfast consisted of dry cereal with no milk, instant oatmeal with no available water or milk to mix it with, there was syrup but no waffle maker, they did have yogurt, 1 apple and 1 orange, and a bottle of orange juice if you wanted to pour yourself a cup of juice. Oh they also had pieces of bread put into ziplock bags and a toaster plenty of jelly and butter »

« Perfectly serviceable but kind of weird. Bed was incredibly creaky but it was fine to sleep on. Room smelled fine but hallway smelled like it had been smoked in once upon a time. The lights in the room were bizarrely placed and an incredibly bright clinical white, but like. I could see. Strange vibes all around, but serviceable and cheap. Hard to complain too much. »

« The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast area was large and we easily got a table. They had every breakfast food you could probably think of. The only thing I found lacking was they did not have any French vanilla creamer for the coffee. »

« Property was in good condition and rooms were clean. Breakfast options were great! Even included gluten free options for us! The area around the hotel didn't offer much but it was conveniently located off the interstate. Staff recommended a great gluten free restaurant nearby! Good restaurants and shopping within close driving distance. »
