« The first thing you will notice when you pull up to this place is all the junk cars in the parking lot. It is more than a few. It is a lot. Then when you enter the premises the next thing you will notice is the overwhelming scent of marijuana. The building is rundown inside. « The front staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms aren’t the best. There was a residue on the bed that irritated my skin. There were visible stains on the bed cover. Neighbors were loud. The room kept making noises, toilet randomly running and another noise I never figured out. The bed was not comfortable and I did not get much rest. The rate was great though! »

« Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning. »

« When I went to my room, the key didn’t work, after multiple tries. Went back to the office, they treated me like I was incompetent. The gave me a different room. As I was walking away, he told me of a trick to get the door open. There shouldn’t be a trick to get in my room!! Then the pipes under the sink leaked. I had a flood on the floor.
