I am writing to inform you that I had a highly disappointing experience during my recent stay at the 02 Beach Club. I had no option but to check out after just one night due to a severe case of food poisoning that I contracted at one of your restaurants, Brisa. As a result, I had to make alternative arrangements at another hotel.
I must express my utmost dissatisfaction and request reimbursement for the remaining five nights that I had initially booked. The lack of security at your property is deeply concerning, and the overall cleanliness of the installations left much to be desired. Moreover, the level of service provided fell far below the expected standards for a purported luxury hotel. Frankly, I am perplexed as to how this establishment is advertised as such.
Given that my booking was made through Expedia, I am unable to directly contact the hotel to discuss this matter. Therefore, I kindly request that you reimburse me for the remaining nights as soon as possible. I believe it is only fair to be compensated for the terrible experience I had at your property.
